Where are you right now?

At the local public and magnet schools in my area, many teachers specifically choose the schools where they work so their children can attend the same schools. The teachers know which schools are better. They usually don't have their own kids in their classes though.

The private and Christian schools here are small, so sometimes their own kids are in some of their classes, especially in high school.

I know some hearing moms who became professional interpreters so they could interpret in the mainstream schools that their deaf children attended.
