Open-Carry in NYC is BANNED. Donald Trump has a revolver and probably has CCW. Even though CCW is legal in NJ and NYC - the only way to get it is to be politically well-connected and.... rich. :mad2:

I agree that gun should stay at home, not to the public... because it´s easy for the people use the guns to kill anyone. They can shot to kill them if they don´t like what the people tell them off... In UK, the people can hit to hurt the people if they don´t like what the people tell them off... Get the difference? That´s why I am against gun for the public.

The law will never complete, 100 percent, ban the guns from public, but they can enforce it such like having the polices around and charge people if they have the guns on the sidewalks or inside the building.

I would never like it if someone carry a gun in his/her pocket and ask me for the cigarettes, creepy!

Ohh I see. You disagree with Obama's plan of gun. Is that all? You thought he was a socialism before McCain picked a running mate VP Sarah. You changed your mind you're voted for Obama.

Yes I STRONGLY disagree with Obama's stance on gun issue. But Gun Rights has nothing to do with socialism. I accused him of socialism because of his stance on various issues such as health care, economy, etc.. It reeks of welfare state once again since FDR but I voted for him because of that... sadly... In this sad state of economy - perhaps we do need a welfare state once more... for 4 years. I also voted for him because I think he can definitely do 2 things that I like -

1. Accountability
2. Long-Term Planning

Thank you for being honest with me about Obama's plan. I do understand how do you feeling. It's very tough to decide. Obama have plan on economy issues.

What soothes my concern on Obama's questionable experience to handle the tough issues is him appointing well-qualified people to run the show.... unlike cronyism under Bush Administration

I could have sworn that AIDS patients do have to notify the state of their AIDS status but it's kept confidential. And yes that we do have to register our guns with the local towns we reside in but to have the information readily available for public? It's a witch hunt.

Why do we have to alienate the law-abiding armed citizens' privacy? They're not like sex offenders.
