I had a raw banana, flax and coconut bar.
 
Today, son is making grilled cheese with my Daiya slices, Provolone and I will slice the tomato. We love our tomato slices and I found some great, huge slicers at the Farmer's Market. Got 7 for $3. The 7 were about 6 pounds.
 
We use that Daiya cheese for my Italian bake thing I make. Then we have the mozzerella; sometimes we have the "chedder" for eggs.

I LOVE fresh, local Summer tomato and eat it like an apple.
 
We finished off the provolone and Swiss slices. I still have the cheddar, jack and Havarti wedges in the fridge.

We had Tofurky Artisan sausage - chicken & Apples. Also did white rice with vegan chik'n broth, sage and a bay leaf.
 
A box full of crawfish and two margaritas! Talk about going back yo work boisterous! :P
 
Lol did they have the little legs on them? I can't even eat shrimp if I see the head and legs it grosses me out... lol!
