 ok, :ty:Botti and Nanna for info!

We had CiCi's in Missouri, but our family did not like it at all. Ah well.

Tonight I will be making Spanish Rice, only mine will have no meat. Hubby is getting tired of all these tomato dishes, but says he will deal with it.

Dogmom - thank you. It was all related to my MIL and she has since apologized to me and is having a better day today. She was real nit-picky yesterday and just cutting down everyone including neighbors who came to visit. She's just getting tired of the daily grind I think.

Out somewhere for my stepmother's Tuesday family dinner... More to come later when I find out where.

Roast chicken and gravy with roast carrots, onions and red potatoes with milk tonight. *lick*

I ended up with a double cheeseburger, onion rings, and a sundae made with chocolate ice cream and raspberries.

Not healthy at all but tasted great!

Kniffles (basically they are German Dumplings), with Chicken Gravy over them and Peas...

I make them myself. I will post the recipie on the recipies post for you if you like? they are SOOOO simple!

Yes, please do. That probably will be a great winter dinner here if it isn't too hard.

Pork chops, rice and tomatoes from the garden. No kids home tonight so it was a very quiet supper, felt kinda odd :-/.

Tonight's dinner will be: ham slice with a brown sugar/mustard glaze, boiled red potatoes and extra fine long green beans.

Taco Night at the Smith household tonight! ... soft and hard shell tacos.. with all the fixings for us! :) yum yum.. with rice and beans as a side.. and virgin pina coladas (because we have kids! :P)

went to panera bread. had broccoli&cheddar with a piece of bread and iced chai latte

A chicken sandwich with apple slices dipped in peanut butter and honey.

And how were those apples dipped in the peanut butter and honey?

Great actually. I hadn't eaten that before. The only shock I had was the price of a bag of apples bagged by the store.

Next time I will be sure to pick up one of the ones already in a plastic bag and weighed.

It is usually burger night. Sadly, husband decided he could cook. I had chicken grilled on the foreman. It was too thick so it was burned outside and cool and raw inside and coated with barbecue sauce. He also made micro baked potatoes. They were in the microwave so long that they were rather tough and micro dried. He also micro steamed some green beans. He put frozen green beans in a bowl, covered it with plastic wrap and zapped it. They were unseasoned, cool, and quite raw.

Gee, I really, really love that guy. I do. Really. I do. (raw chicken...eeeechhh)
