I'm thinking about to cut my hair like that hair style... Not sure... I'd been wanting my hair to be long to above of my butt but right now too hot and humidity in michigan plus my baby will pull my hair alot to making me keep my hair up in ponytail which I dont want to. =/

I had a bad reaction to my medications at work and I notified the company nurse of it, then she went and told my bosses my sugar was probably low and I wasn't taking care of myself. I told them it was a completely different kind of sick from when my BGLs are out of whack. When my sugar is getting low I get weak, shaky, exhausted feeling, pale, sweaty, slurred speech, etc.
The reaction I had to my medications was dizzyness and everything going dim and I was sick in my stomach with horrendous stomach pains which once got bad enough it sent me flying to the restrooms in which I nearly ran over my boss.
I stood in the nurses station and argued with them for 15 minutes then my boss came in said I was NOT going to sanitation until I could 'prove to them I was taking care of myself'. They told me I could not come back without a doctor's note saying I could return to work. I couldnt get in on Friday afternoon with only an hour until I had to pick up my daughter.
I gave up and called my doctor and had her change my antibiotics and I went to the pharmacy to pick them up.
So now with me unable to change shifts my plans for returning to school to finish my degree are effectively cancelled and definitely for the fall semester.
I just don't have anymore energy for this bullcrap. They say they need me badly and want to let me work but yet over the damnedest sniffle they send my butt out the door. It really pisses me off.
On my way out I saw the plant manager but I was too mad to stop and talk to him. I just revved my truck engine cut him a pissed off look and blew by him.
I was mad enough I wanted to break something.
So this morning I got up and went to wal-mart and picked up some fruits, veggies, etc to take to work with me in the mornings to eat at lunch. We will see how things go Monday morning when I go in to pick up my timecard. Either you'll hear me screaming bloody murder at the top of my lungs or you won't. Just pray that you won't have to. I dont want to have to.
I no longer have the energy to deal with this any further. It may or may not be time for me to start looking for work elsewhere.
My pastor which I spoke to with over this matter suggested I go and apologize but I am not the type of person that spends my time apologizing and looking for sympathy. I just know that if I cannot move forward from this company on good terms then I am pretty much screwed for finding work in this area.

Yeah, i sort of think about it but dont want to cut my hair off since I want my hair to be long. It's hard for me... =/

yea i undy how ur feeling abt that.. i dont wanna cut my hair but i wanna look healthy and young more than long hair look older.. hehe.. so it up to u.. ur choice smiles.. but u know hair will grow more later...

Yeah t hanks.. But if I have a long hair and it makes me look younger and if I have a short hair and it makes me look like older... I guess it's more depends on people's frame face and such like that. Thanks..

I do understand taht feelings but you can wear the sport bra without the shirt if you want to since I do wear sport bra sometime if I feel too hot and humidity but it's up to you

When being nice: For both of them I use the first letter of their names when signing 'boss' for example for L--- I sign boss using L handshape and for R----- I use the R handshape.
When Im displeased:
for R------ I sign a male body part + sign for boss using R handshape
for L--- I sign female description + sign for boss using L handshape
not perfect ASL obviously but I'm able to spout off in sign without getting reprimanded because they haven't got a clue as to what I'm saying (er signing)
