I never seen the LX, just the slide, my friend has one and he lets me borrow it and I'm not that impressed because the features is similar to the sidekick 2 except for the slide thing

The sidekick LX is similar to the second one but it has better graphics, but a soft keyboard :roll: I like the hard ones which Sidekick 3 has 'em. Same goes to the Sidekick Slide, where I am hopefully to get one in red today. Only difference is that it slides up and down, avoiding all the hassles

:P 120k miles isn't really too bad though. My friend has a 2001 VW Passat with 140k miles on it.

I doubt it. There's no sidekick that supports edge or 3g network. All of them still slow internet. It's just a fancy looking phone with pokey internet speeds.
