What Makes You a Sex Offender?

Some homeless men will take a piss in the cemetery right next the park . They go behind the wall and pee. Gross ! I won't even let my dog pee there b/c I think that would disrespectful to people that go to see their love ones graves.

Like I posted, it was a school function. Schools can indeed have dress policies. However, a mature woman doesn't need anyone to explain why a white t-shirt without a bra would be inappropriate to wear to a school function, and wouldn't get in a tizzy about it. It wouldn't be necessary to have anyone say anything.

School functions can to a point tell a person what they can wear, and I agree it was a very bad decision... However, this does not make her a sex offender nor does the school have a right to say what she does or does not wear under her clothes ...

I agree that she wasn't a sex offender, unless there was more to the story that we don't know.

From the description of what happened, it seems that the woman was wearing just the t-shirt without anything else on top.

I think every place should have at least one single, unisex bathroom...I have gone into many a men's single bathrooms because there was a long line for the ladies, I personally don't think it matters who uses it when it's a single anyway...
 
I remember reading one article mentioned a guy watching child porn on airplane, the person sat next to him reported to flight attendant, and have him arrested, charged as pedophile, and of course a sex offender. Kudos to person who reported+flight attendant took the action immediately.

Sadly wish I never read that....but it is a sick world....do not understand pedophiles and probably never will.... But glad he got popped immediately...

So if one does a sex crime like publkc peeing, while along a freeway, or csmping, or in an alley and doesnt get caught, is it a sex crime or not.

Most homeless sae mentaly ill. They cant really take care of themsekves. They dont shower, they reak and are ripe.most bussness wont let them in obviously, depending on the city, the avilibility of public washrooms varies. so unless you just want these people to keep pissing themselves they need to have access, or at least have it understood to.go in an alley away from eyes and do your bussiness.
Jail which costs over 400 a day to keep someone locked up is rather odd for public peeing...we need as a society be smarter then that when dealig with our fellow human biengs who do not have the mental capicity or acuity we do.
Punishment for punishments sake only breads injustice and a crippled system in the long run. In my opinion. As for it beng a sex crime i fail to see how branding those who urinate in oublic as sex offenders does other then create another sub class of unwanted. Its one thing you raping a kid or a women
Its a very different thng if your drivng along s free way and need to urnate.
If the gov cant see that differece, america is in deeper trouble then most think.

Any crime done whether caught or not is still technically a crime. But agree that this is ridiculous ... Nothing wrong with public peeing..... So lo g as it is not all hanging out and visible.

:lol:....well, don't see how the ladies can pee without their shiney white arse showing....:giggle:...as for men...:hmm:...unzip..junk peeking out...splatters on their pants....and they can't shake it or it will be visible...Still, people know they just peed. And their pants still get "wet"...So they smell for the rest of the day.

Hmm well I guess I could share...wearing long skirts have many benefits...but one must be careful in the process :D
Lol hmm must stop while ahead otherwise may step over a line lol but men never seem to have good aim anyways smh sending them outdoors may be best for them :D

No no...its very easy to pee in public as in outdoors, without pissing your pants. Take my sign For it. Not only have i peed in public as a sex offender while driving scross america, back in the day, i also peed in public countless times when i hitchicked to the yokun territory, from blane washington state alas, i also peed in public while i did a three in. Half month bycicle treck fron toronto to halifax
Obviously im a serial repeat sex offeder for all those monstrous public peeing i did,,,
Not once did i get pee all over me, welll, one time outsiide of whitehorse, a large mamal of somesort related to big foot, jumped from the bushes and i was wee willly in hand doing my sex crime when i had to run.....into the wind....
So...,
But besides that not clean get away....ive always managed to if i had to pee in public. And commit.a sex crime do it rather safely...guess i have good muzzle control....

:hmm: Remembering my Grandma!...she wore long skirts...:giggle:...and since we had no car, we walked 5 miles down the dirt road to see our Great Aunt...I was very little, but remember her straddling a ditch and doing her business...since it was in the backwoods with the nearest neighbor 5 miles away, and along a dirt road...seemed OK at the time...:giggle:...we also had out houses at that time....So in this day and time...I'm grateful for indoor bathrooms.
