I have bad habits to keep smoking ciggy !!! i really need to quit !! but coullldddn'''tttt damn it !! what about u ?

Am trying to quit drinking coffee every morning but I cannot get over with it. I didn't have that habit til I enrolled in a graduate school.

But, I had to praise myself that I am improving with my coffee-drinking habit as I reduced it to a cup a day lately. When I was in graduate school, studying and attending classes, I drink 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day to keep myself in focus and destress myself. I depend coffee for my focus in school. Plus, smoking a cigarette a day during class breaks at school but I don't smoke anymore right now.

Cut down one cigarette for a couple weeks, then cut down one more and so on? :dunno:

I have nail-biting habits, but I have improved by doing that less now.. ;)

already tried that method !! and still not work !!! only one thing in my mind what if there is a place that ban ciggy in anywhere in the sight like 7-11 or gas station or liqour or varies location that don't sell ciggy and nobody smoke in the public then it would have help me out to quit for sure ... but no luck for that since it is everywehre !!!

Teekie -- ive attempted all avenues of trying to quit smoking myself and nothing has succeeded so far -- gum, quit cold turkey and etc -- i have not yet tried the patch thingie but ahhhh mom is a smoker and shes tried the patch (as did my dad prior to his death) and both have had rash no matter where they have put the patch so that makes me a bit leery abt trying out the patch -- its VERYYYYY *hard* to quit especially when someone has started while still a teen (i started smoking age 14 and im now 34 yikes) -- if u come up with other suggestions -- feel free to let me know LOL im open to all sorts of suggestions!

3 years old? I hope you meant 13

Fly Free- Yeah, it looks like its hard for those who smokes to quit.. My mom has been smoking since she was a teen herself--She still does and shes in her 40's, unfortunately she's developing something in her lungs because she coughs often, even over the phone..:ugh: My stepdad used to smoke, he quit, I'd have to ask him how he was able to succeed into quitting for good..

uhh its been 20 years not 10 but thats alright -- u started at age 3 qq *thud* -- but yea back before the feds started cracking down it WAS *easy* to get cigs while underaged -- but today's kids is VERY hard to do now cuz of ID check enforcement and etc etc (which i do agree with and support)
