Probably.....but not based on facts....

civil court does not have same stringent standard as criminal court.

All the lawyer had to argue was that Trayvon's death was completely avoidable and demonstrate that Zimmerman:

1. had a history of violence
2. had complaints against him
3. had arrest records
4. had made series of poor decisions

Regardless of what the courts decide, Zimmerman will never be a free man again.

If he walks free, I hope it is because he is not guilty, not a case of buying freedom. His life changed that night, and he will never get back there again.

and also 100% un-hireable in what he wanted to pursue.

Thank GOD!

Exactly, he can kiss his criminal justice career goodbye.

Maybe he should run for Congress. I mean ....gee....my gun killed less people than Ted Kennedy's car.

Of course, none of law enforcement or government want to hire him because he is in greater risk group.

He could only works as mall cop.

"Completely avoidable". You sure that is the bar?

Yes, preponderance of evidence would be the bar for civil court. And all Zimmerman's atty will have to do is show that Zimmerman was walking back to his car.... If that, is in fact true.

It is obviously that you want to play with me.

Have fun.

You said he wasn't violent..... His friend posted on twitter that Trayvon punched a bus driver the day (or a few days) before he died.
