I thought that was everywhere in the USA?

Depends on the state. I asked around for Lottery ticket in Las Vegas and they said they don't sell any.

Going to buy one in Hawaii, CA and TX if they sell them. :)

No, I mean the age restrictions. I thought one must be 18 to buy them in all states.

I am learning the human anatomy :giggle:

I learned I wasn't the only local person to make CNN this past week. Former FEMA Director Jimmy Lee Witt was interviewed on CNN. He lives about 20 minutes from me.

What is it? Lol

It is a Dissociative memory disorder. Amnesia. It is a disorder when you basically forget who you are and usually leave your life and take up another identity.
People that come back to reality, can not recall what they did or where they been.

I recall reading about one extreme case where a high school principal had a bout with anmesia and he had been missing for 6 months until one day he woke up at a construction site and looked at his dirty tattered clothes and wondered to himself how he got there. Luckily one of the workers at the construction site recognized him and took him to the hospital where he was found be undernourished and dehydrated but in otherwise good condition. He has no recollection of what happened during that six month period other than he must have lived like a homeless man. Now he is back on the job but he has an assistance dog that stays with him 24/7 that if he has another case of it the dog is trained to press a button on this beacon/gps device that he wears to alert authorities that he's having another amnesia attack. I don't know if he's had another episode but this was a couple of years ago. I think this is the most extreme case of amnesia that doctors had come across.

Botts, does that not bother you at all that he's thinking of you in a swimsuit and then posting about it? He even describes it in a post in the other thread. It seems weird and unreal. At least to me, it does.

I didn't think about it. :hmm:

Learned that one of my cats likes the height of the new bed (12 inches higher than the old one), but the other can't jump up due to his weight.

You can borrow my 30 lb cat to put your other cat (which one? Sammy?) to shame as far as not being able to jump on the new bed.
