Don't play poker with PFH. :)

:) I saw he likes poker, but actually, my family members and friends kept inviting me to FB poker. I figure it is about time I should learn and it is a good way to learn without losing actual money.

I learned that my long childhood 4 girlfriends who are addicted to the pokers. One of them is pretty good according to her statement.  Sad, I am not the one of these girlfriends who loves pokers.

I learned, one of my old high school friends still lives in the same neighborhood she grew up in. She and hubby #2 bought a house 2 doors away from her mother, which also happens to be 5 doors away from his parents. I saw her today for this first time since graduation in 1981.

Just learned that I am now a intranet webmaster for a particular branch ....

Fuck yea :cool2:

Just learned from hubby, that he will most likely be going back to 2nd shift come January.

I learned that today was my birthday. No one say happy birthday to me. *sighs*

Gee - I didn't know that. Happy Birthday girlie!!

I learned that today was my birthday. No one say happy birthday to me. *sighs*

everyone forgot my birthday last month and no one said anything on Alldeaf but at least plenty of people did leave me lots of happy birthday love on Facebook. Don't worry about that...I guess they overlooked or they dislike me. :dunno:

I learned that Tyson is still after me, even after they fired me. Now they are saying that I have made derogatory comments on facebook against the company. Specifically they are stating that I have been talking badly about two supervisors on FB with another person that works there in PMs. Only there are few things wrong with this ludicrous statement:
1. I have never bagged the two supervisors in question.
2. I had no dealings with these supervisors outside of work
3. You cannot retrieve a PM from facebook, it is a private conversation, no third parties can see it.
4. I am not friends with any supervisors from Tyson.
5. Why would it matter now if I am no longer employed with the company anyway? They got their Christmas wish.

The more I find out about things that went down, the more I will be able to build a case against them and present it to the ACLU possibly on discrimination grounds. More than likely I won't win, however because it would be bad PR for Tyson, they would likely settle out of court. I am thinking back wages, attorney fees, court costs, and compensation for damages would suffice. Reinstatement would be pointless as they would hound me daily to try and get rid of me a second time which they may succeed in doing. However as of right now, I have insufficient proof. Eventually the proof will come. I have one year to bring this to court if I choose to.

Contact NAD and they may be able to refer you to a lawyer. You may have several avenues to pursue.

I believe the statute of limitations for civil cases is 3 years. That is what I have been told anyways.

I think it varies from state to state. I think in Arkansas it is only one year to pursue it. I could be wrong. I will ask an attorney to find out.

Second: is that friend of yours actually a friend? Or were they turning in PM's to tyson?
