I learned that my daughter is willing to go meat-free with me. She just wants me to ease her into it slowly to help her adjust. Hope I can still get in all her dietary needs. Most especially, protein. She will not eat any kind of bean and she hates cottage cheese. I am going meat free since more and more meals that I eat are not sitting well with me. Maybe if I cut back on the acid of tomato based dishes and some or all of the meat, it will be better.
I wanted to let you know that the enzyme is extreme important. i.e. vegetables, fruits, nuts, cultured foods, mushrooms, raw honey, jelly, butter, raw milk, etc. These are raw food.
Organic cereals (not from boxes) consider to be okay as long as it is not a full procession.
I eat raw cheese and drink raw milk that have the best enzyme (antioxidants) from health food stores for making some sandwiches. I am a semi-vegetarian. In case, she eats raw cheese, tell her that do not eat a cheese that contains rennet from ingredient. Plant enzyme is fine. The rennet is from cow's stomach part and, in fact, included the eyes. Sorry, I had to say that. I do eat cooked eggs and cooked fishes because of omega-3. No other meats. Extra Olive Oil is good for you if you cook low with vegetables and others - even scrambled eggs.
In short, omega-6 is not good - I think. Tofu is probably good, but bad news from nasty Monstano Company's food procession is one of the list on tofu. I don't know which tofu's brands that come from Monstano.
