I have learned something new from my AncestryDNA test and also GEDmatch with my raw data... On AncestryDNA, I find out I have got 10% Scandinavia DNA and also knew about 4% Polynesia DNA... the catch is Scandinavia and Polynesia have got similar profiles. (rest is British, Irish, Italian, Europe West, Europe East (West Asian is very very tiny trace) etc.

As for GEDmatch, I found out the breakdown of Polynesia DNA using another programs
Austronesian 2.6%, Melano Polynesian 0.76% South East Asian 0.13%, Australoid 0.21 and Amerindian 0.04%.

My oldest sister wanted to have a DNA test to find out more about our background , she was told the test was more accurate done on a male . So it was never done
our ex brother would never had done the test .

I learned that the boss of our neighbor was killed in a terrible wreck this morning.

The vehicle that caused the wreck was a stolen truck, and it hit three cars. The boss was in one of the cars.

I learned that it might be weeks before our yard debris from Hurricane Matthew gets picked up. Since our state was declared a disaster area, the normal weekly debris pick up by the city has been cancelled and FEMA has taken over. This is ridiculous.

My sympathies to your neighbor Reba ... have been hearing of car accidents in SC lately. My niece was involved in one about 3 weeks ago (made the news even)...she was fine except for a sore leg. Found out 3 weeks later...that she has a broken fibula! Was originally a hairline fracture and soft tissue injury then...became a break. Wearing a big immobilizer boot now.

And dang... I hope it does get cleared up soon what with all the Hurricane Matthew damage...

I learned that main water pipe broke so I got boil water advisory. I have to boil water for my dog to drink. I drink Mountain Dew for now. I usually drink water from sink with Crystal Light powder. Did anyone ever get boil water advisory?

I never got boil water advisory in my life but I heard it used to be common in before 1980s.
