What did you learn today? Part II

Good news or bad news. As I suspected they would, they’re putting in the same landscaping by the back doors as they had put in by the front doors. My only concern is if the tree right in front of my living room window will block my view…being the nosy person that I am. :D I may be lucky being on the ground floor as the leaves will most likely be higher up.

Just occurred to me that they haven't put in the landing outside the back door. I would think they'd do that before the landscaping.

I learned that it is taboo, to joke or not about stealing panties.

I learned that Stewie's face represents OMG at troll posts.

I learned nothing today. But it's only 6 am so there's still a chance I might learn something.

We learned that a friend of our's was hurt on the Women's Freedom Ride. She's a Patriot Guard Rider who takes this round-trip, cross-country journey every year (18 days, 18 states). Well, her bike had a run in with a coyote on the highway in Arizona. She was hurt but not seriously (she was wearing all her safety gear). Her beautiful custom bike was totaled. She's going to finish the ride in the sag wagon (support vehicle).

That's sad I'm glad she's ok. We have friends who participate in a similar event here in Minnesota. I'd go too but I don't have a bike of my own. I love to ride them, though.

Glad she is okay. Bummer that a custom bike was totaled but her life is a tiny bit more valuable :)

I am sorry to hear this and glad your friend didn't get seriously hurt. Will her insurance help replace her bike?

Praying for your friend!

It should but probably not the full value. It's usually based on book value and doesn't include customizing costs.
