:laugh2: You totally crack me up!! You have 2 very active boys and a hubby with normal working hours (I think), not to mention dogs and that wonderful cat. You are kept busy a lot more than me.

WalMart trip took 30 min. All the fans totaled about 1 hour of time. Only 4 of them. A/C filters, 10 minutes then after drying another 2 minutes. Books, that's take laying in bed and reading and keeping the legs elevated. For me, that's lazy. Not like my usual day of activity. My kids are doing them more and more since my legs are working less and less.

Glad that your kids are taking on more responsibility. They're old enough and you need the help.
I'm just frustrated because I can't be as physically active as I used to be. I'm a lousy patient. lol

The last few days I was able to meet up with fellow Deafies as I am back in Australia for a few weeks.

We went to the outdoor range to practice shooting our shotguns.
 
I adapted a play (The Crucible by Arthur Miller) for my students who reads (independently) at the 1st grade level by making it their instructional level (3rd/4th). Not an easy task. Whew!

NCLB, I really, really, really, really HATE you.
 
I did loads of laundry, gave my dogs a bath. Did some general cleaning around the house and after I got bored and just drove around town aimlessly for several hours.
Got bored doing that and came home.
still bored.....
 
Put off office work and instead cleaned bathrooms (ugh!), made a big batch of chili cheese dip to freeze, made a veggie pasta salad for the weekend, checked out lots of threads on this forum and am now going out to rake some leaves (the laundry can wait :p).
 
Today College classes then went to Mall and got new sneaker... I just finished shampoo washing vacuum at my living room's rug! :)
 
I think Reba is getting ready for her Dove season. :D

As for me, I just went to work and came home. Nothing special. Oh and my dad is in one of those 'lovely' moods, sigh. I can't wait until I get moved out.
 
Got a copy of a real estate contract to fill out & briefly talked with the lawyer who will help me buy this house. I'll go over the contract & make a list of things I'd like the landlord/seller to take care of & prioritize it. I want this transaction to be a win-win for both of us. It's been less than a week since he offered to sell me the house (or else "evict" me) & I want all the decisions to be made already. ;p

Went to ASL class tonight. Though I feel "slow" I feel sorry for this other student who is having a tougher time with it.

(any misspellings in this post is due to the fact that I'm too tired/lazy to read it & make sure Apple didn't put in the wrong word(s) for me)

That must've been a lot of fun. I live in country.

I mowed grass in back yard with the push-mower which I havent done that in yrs. :lol: Ridin' lawn mower is in shop. Grass was over foot tall,easy. :roll: One of dem days, I guess.

It is fun. I like being close to everything. No chance to get really bored. :)
