What did you do today? Part II

Ouch! I hope you will be on the mend soon! Hopefully surgery isn't required. Please be more careful, remember we have a meetup for us two scheduled sometime in the future! :P

That will be fun! I will work on healing and being more careful.

Yeah considering I got adventurous and planned an overnight trip to West Monroe, LA to see a friend of mine in concert with another friend of mine. I planned it out literally in two days time.

Maybe the Iowa trip will be better planned. I just need to decide when the best time of year is to show up on your door step.

I watched world series game 1 tonite. I actually fell asleep for like 15 minutes and missed a 2 run homer. I always do that. Hey, Im not a young buck anymore. :(

I bought eggs....

wow. what an amazing day...

Did you buy them at a local homeowner that sells the eggs instead of a food store?

I often buy the eggs at a local owner, and her eggs are really fresh. She has a cage-free coop in her backyard where there is no chemicals on the grasses. That's much better.

Sometime, I have seen a light green egg in the egg package once a while. Pretty interesting.

Yeah, that's what happened to me. No time... For me, I think that life is more important than watching the any sports on TV. By the way, I like the Red Sox. I am tired of fucking Yankees wins again.

Both mother and MIL are fine after their falls and have no problems today.

So far today, I have been at a neighbor's helping her with organizing her files and cleaning them out. Not an easy job and she gets side-tracked quite easily. I still have some planting to get done. I have fresh oregano to pot and another plant to transplant.

made some hamburger stew in the crock-pot. Can't wait to go home and have some for dinner!

Broke a hydraulic system... Had to shovel about 2 tons of gravel off the bed as of result. Not bad for a work out.

Now need to repair the system... I really don't know how it can be fixed. We'll find out.

Did you break it?? With the dry ice??

Nah not with dry ice. The framing (box on back of truck) is wooden and it's designed to carry around 12 tons...

The wood is only 2-4 inches thick in areas. I don't understand this at all. But the ram is all through the wood. I'll have to figure out how to lower the ram and put the stuff back together, lol.

Worked... Got rejected by my stalker out of nowhere. "Sorry, I liked you, but I have a girlfriend now." Guess he'll stop bothering me now. :laugh2:

I'm really looking forward to my weekend...

sick with a stomach bug i guess :/ threw up nonstop last night and this morning. so i just stayed in bed all day and rested. now i'm working on a bunch of things for my class and it has to be finished tonight.. UGH!!!

worked hard and I wish my hubby would get his aZZ home so I can go to bed. Not feeling good myself.

Hope everyone else feels better and speedy recovery for you, Botts!

This is about 50% repaired. Put in a steel plate, 1/2 inch thick hardened carbon steel -- 18"x40" -- will put everything back together, and put in new pieces of wood - hope they hold.. :)

Will be welding a bit tomorrow morning and see how it goes.
