I'm thinking, does anyone know what happened to Jolie77?
 
Crazy day, well week actually. Have a bunch of contractors here installing our new HVAC system. PG&E was here to inspect our water heater. Also, waiting for our furniture delivery which will be some time today. Kitchen cabinet makeover starts May 4th.

My dog came with the name , she's known as "the Chop" at the rescue :) I kept her name Porkchop she was already 4 1/2 when I got her

Rio, you have a heart of GOLD. All my dogs hv been rescues except one, given to us by a friend.

My dog name was ' Brad Pitt' when I got him and I said that name had to go ! UHG! I named him after my cousin I never met , he dies from a drowning accident.
If I had a boy he was going to named after my cousin .

Wow - Reba that sounds like a big challenge - not one you wanted! That reminds me of when my aunt and uncle <in Salinas> went to have people come and repair the floor under the fridge due to leakage - and found upon ripping the floor up they found mold and asbestos so my aunt and uncle had to have the whole kitchen gutted and have the asbestos abatement specialists come - I think they couldn't use their kitchen for several months. I'll be thinking relaxing and "good outcome" thoughts for you!

Thanks for the good thoughts. :)

So far, so good. The two men left a few minutes ago. They hooked up our water for tonight. Tomorrow they will come back to finish the rest, including the new water heater system. I'm glad that they were able to hook up the water for tonight. Whew!

On the other hand, it will take days to put everything back together, and I don't know how long to get the dining room ceiling done--might be weeks.

At least there were no surprises.
 
We had a nice evening at the park. We met another bulldog with his mommy. The cutest part , we met on the playground like mommies lol
 
Thinking I know, or know of, a lot of fools. People with birthdays today. :giggle:
 
I passed a restaurant where Mark and I ate 2 years ago. I can't put him out of my mind. I don't want to eat there again.
 
I am thinking about the thank you can Marty and I got from a new vet office we went to . This is the first time any vet office send out a Thank you card and as I was typing this the vet called to see how my dog is doing . I will be going to vet office now , plus it's closer to my home .
 
I'm thinking people need to proofread before hitting "post reply". Yes, I sometimes post typos. But if I happen to see it, I will edit my post.
