How stupid some people are. My city just spend $5,000 to put up signs around the frog pond telling people tot to feed the birds and that the water may to harmful to kids and pets and to please stay ashore . There where two young boys with their mother and the boy had a net to try and catch the snapping turtles. They got one and mother let the younger boy take it out of the net . Who would let their kids play in water that been treated for
e coil bacteria and handle turtles that could snap a child finger off . There about 6 signs around the park warning people about the danger of the water . I just don't get it , do people think the signs are there just for the hell of it???
Unfortunately, none of them live in our neighborhood.
I really prefer to walk and get exercise, as long as I can.
I wish I could; VA pharmacy doesn't allow stocking up. But we did get all my latest refills up-to-date.
We always have a lot of storm prep stuff on hand.
I don't want to bother anyone.
I had clients that had Lifeline and when they fell and could not get up they did not use their Lifeline. They just wait till someone found them . They did not want to bother their families. I know what you mean I wish I could walk as long as want but I am not able to anymore. I love to walk at fast pace too but with my poor balance that is risky . I see nothing golden about getting old.
A mother who is afraid to say no to her sons. One of those weak parents whole let their kids control them. That's what it seems like.
I bet you are right . There is no way I would had let my daughter play in the water and pick up snapping turtles . I was bite by one on my toe. My older sister and I was where send a summer camp and I did not have a hearing aid yet so I did not hear to be careful of the snapping turtles in the water . So I put my bare feet in the water and a turtle bite my big toe . I was lucky my toe was not bitten off but it hurt like HELL! https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20060706182045AAhlDdW
My city should post that snapping turtles are dangerous but I bet there will still be people that will let their kids play with them

My MIL has Lifeline, and each time that she fell she didn't use it. I didn't go for a regular walk today but I did a lot of walking with my daughter at Tanger Outlets. She treated me to lunch at Panera Bread, and bought me a couple of new outfits for Mothers' Day. She made sure I didn't get any "old lady" clothes.
