What are you thinking about Part VII

Thinking if anyone else here works so many hours like I just did this week. I put in 15 hours of work on Monday, Tuesday and 12 on Wed. Toooooooo much but my two projects were a major success at work so now I can relax. No more additional projects for the rest of the school year. Last night, my brain was on sensory overload and I kept coming up with ideas after ideas.

You should not stay on your computer too late so your brain can wind down.

Huh? I was talking about working on my projects relating to STEM education that caused my brain to go into overdrive. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I did nothing but work from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed with a few breaks here and there.

If I were you I'd already be daydreaming about my next beach vacation ;)

Beach...my brother and his wife are planning on moving to St.Augustine, Fl this summer. If so, definitely will have excuses to take beach vacations in Florida as I never did before. :)

Right!! My kids typed faster when they were 5. It's ridiculous. I can't use VRS though I don't know ASL. :/

I've a childhood friend currently living in the area. It seems like they've a big Deaf population there.

I'm wondering if people of Baltimore are all right. It seems like a lot of roads crumbled today.

I think my dog has eating disorder. He would eat everything outside. He would not stop to pee and poop. He is very fat. :(

I think its time for me to make like a horse turd and hit the dusty trail ... I can't wait to see what drama unfolds for me to read tomorrow night

Maybe go back to the old fashioned way of using a TTY and your state relay.

I have never used iprelay but have been very happy with my TTY/state relay combination. It could vary from state to state but is very good in Illinois.

At home I have a land line setup with connection to a fully sized TTY (obtained through a state program) that is chained to a regular voice phone. When I make a call I use "redial" to 711 on the TTY. When the CA picks up I use the phone to voice what number I want. When connected to who I have called I continue using my voice in VCO mode.

I answer calls by turning on the TTY and hitting the space bar. I then immediately pick up the phone. If the call has come in through a TTY or the Relay the call can continue with me using VCO if a relay call or the TTY keyboard if from another TTY. If I get the blinking signal on the TTY that indicates a voice call I mention my need for relay and if it is someone my caller ID indicates I want to talk to I tell them I will call back and hang up

I have just picked up a second hand but new Ultratec Compact/C that can be connected to my cell phone. If this works out it will be left in my car for those times when I am in an area that does not have a good enough signal to use the Hamilton CapTel app that needs simultaneous voice and data.

thinking about secondhand lawn mower got to pick up and wondering how stupid looking I going to be pushing it home

I've had good experiences with i711Relay using AOL Instant messager.

The problem with the TTY is that it's cumbersome to carry around. With my cellphone I can do relay calls because I can do AOL IM chats on that.
