What are you thinking about? Part VI

Took my aids out, put them on desk in front of me and it looked like water in the tube. I look more closely and it's glitter. How? WHAT?? Um, seriously, do my aids go clubbing while I sleep?

Was thinking about how I noticed once in someone's post it said it was posted from the ad android app. Got me curious so I found the app down loaded and just tried it out.

OMG it's horrible. I dislike it intensely.

I'm thinking I'm the only person on the planet without a smart phone.

You're not the only one.

Actually, to make it even worse...

I do not have a phone.

I felt that I don't need it, especially because there are not that many friends here. So yeah there you go.

*sipping wine*

so what phones do you "consider" smart other than the so-called reviews that they are smart?

Ah yes, I'm thinking of phones that have aps and go on the internet and all that jazz. Right now my exchange daughter (from Germany) is checking facebook on her phone. I have one that makes phone calls but I almost never use it because, well, I can't hear it hahahaha!

Who does the assessment?

A local trainer who has her own business. She does training is: Obedience, service dogs, assistance dogs, bully dogs, aggressive dogs and K-9 dogs.

She will be doing the assessment, and if he passes, she will help me with training him as a Hearing Assistance Dog.

I'm thinking about factors in life that makes me feel like I don't care about being an adult any more.

Nope - I use a pre-paid cell from TracFone. No internet on it at all. I use it for texting only.

Botti are you feeling better now? I was thinking about you today

Yes thanks. Thankfully it was short lived compared to what everyone else I know was going through.

At the moment, my whole family is just fine.

One of my twin 11 month old granddaughters had to go to the hospital and have IV fluids. This is a nasty season this year with the flu shot being somewhat ineffective.

That is good news and I really hope your granddaughter is doing well.

I guess because I am pretty much homebound I don't ever get colds or the flu. When I do get ill though it seems to be something major.:hmm:

Same for me. My other daughter got married last weekend, and that involved interstate travel and lots of contact with strangers, so I am keeping my fingers crossed not to get sick again.

Am agreeing with you girls...I'm fine as long as I'm home and not being around a lot of people....Had the flu a few weeks ago also, and so glad for this mild winter here in the South...it's just the tree pollen that gets me...Been changing my pillow cases daily since the pollen gets into my hair whenever I'm outside. Itchy, watery eyes and sneezing is a everyday thing with me right now....

My goddaughter is learning to walk the same time I am.

Girl, you know it!! My allergies haven't been this bad in years. It has really taken a toll on me.

Missing my lunch time walks. Too cold to be pleasurable. Hopefully later this week will be warm enough to though it will still be hat & glove weather.

Glad I ordered heating fuel when I did. It just went up another 10 cents a gallon. I had ordered it about 2 weeks after the last price increase. Well, at least I shouldn't have to order any more until fall. Maybe I'll keep a better eye on the price over the summer and get what I need to "top off" my tank before fall.
