Stalls?

The herd of cattle are free range within a fenced pasture on the property. The pigs are allowed free movement within a confined area with a feeding area and a watering area. Believe me the animals on our farm are spoiled rotten.

The chickens are not caged hens. We use an intensive slatted floor system of poultry farming. The birds are not confined to battery cages and there are raised slats and the birds are free to roam about in the entire chicken house. Our chicken houses are 50ft by 500ft in size.
 
I think how I not like let people down, but I do it so much. Sigh.

Her name is Marley and she is Maltese/Poodle black with a little white. I never thought you could love a little dog so much, but I really do. Thanks again it really worked.:angel:

In time you will learn to be happy with what you expect you to be - and not get it from others. But I know I've been there... and I've grown out of it. :)

If what they are expecting is reasonable and within your power and, more important, something you genuinely want for yourself, then it's fine to strive to live up to those expectations.

But if it's just a burden put on you for their own reasons, not your own betterment, then you can just gently put those expectations down. You can never please everyone, anyway.
 
Well HR at work just stuff up in a major way, i was granted a compassionate transfer(because i cant keep doing my job with my hearing) (which means i get preference for job before everyone) but they gave a job i applied for to a external applicant (big no no). The fallout from this will be fun to watch :popcorn:

I wish our country had similar laws concerning situations like this. If you can no longer perform the duties of your job, you can be forcibly transferred to a lower position with lower pay or even let-go altogether, if your employer can prove there are no reasonable accommodations that can be made. Once you apply for a job and you are a disabled worker, they can still hire for the job externally. Affirmative Action has actually backfired in this country.

Well its a thing created by my employer, When a person cant do their position because of medical or other reasons they can transfer to another position (they do need the skills for the job) and get preference above other people. plus the bonus is that i can get a position with the same pay unless i choose to take a position that pays less. Affirmative Action sounds very counter productive to me.

LOL it is kinda of too late. we did that last year too. :lol: so we can try to survive this year again. I think we need to work on it after x mas for 2012. wait a min we should not think ahead of our time. haha

Yeah! remind you that there would be too cold here in Jan and feb. so spring is much better to go outside more.
 
A lot of things. Ex's bitching about how I wouldn't let him help me move home. Guess that was a stab through his heart. He has been crying about it. What do I sell or bring with me? My car? How do I write up a 2 weeks notice for work? Job hunting once again in California. So many things on my mind right now and it's only 7:40 AM. And I have to go to work now.

All you have to say is, "Time for me to exit stage right, into a new life in a better place. This job is so outta here on {insert date here}. Please have fun finding my replacement, Signed a soon to be ex employee, thank you very much!" :lol:
