What are you thinking about? Part III

I really don't intend to sound offensive, but I am thinking about how many people try to use deafness as an excuse for not getting what they want out of life, when deafness isn't responsible. Their attitude is. Not that society doesn't try to limit people who are deaf. But it just can't be used as an excuse for not making the effort. I see people every day that don't let it stop them.

I HATE it when deaf people used their deafness as "weapon", threatening with discrimination lawsuits if they are not treated in a special way.

It's bad once you start dreaming about whoppers

What's even worse is when you start making your own burgers at home like a whopper and have the family ordering special things and saying, "Well, we can have it our way, right?". Had that happen to me.

I am thinking I want to hear from Minnesota or Springale!!!! This is like waiting for Christmas as a kid hoping your'e going to get the one thing you asked for, only this is happening after Christmas. Maybe it will coincide with the Greek Orthodox Church's Christmas????

I had a Samoyed Husky and when I lived in Northern Ca. we had an unusual snow storm . My Samoyed loved to sleep outside in snow and she would wrap her tail over her nose to keep it warm! Some ass stole her when the city. Your dog reminded my of sweet doggie!

yes , but there are exceptions also, like when genuine discrimination or harrassment occured, it is Hardly a weapon of sorts but more of a weapon of proof and evidence...
