Skiing is fun, but boarding is where it is at.

My friend who grew up in Puerto Rico and is an experienced surfer wants to try snowboarding...I was also thinking of joining her. I grew up waterskiing so I thought maybe skiing would be easier for me.

My brother is stll snowboarding there as I type. LOL!

Thinking I am thankful for good friends.

I'm thinking I really want my muscle relaxant pills...neck spasm is REALLY bothering me. Boo neck, boo. Also it really needs to stop being so damn cold here...The water is so cold that I think about taking a shower 20932849374843 times before praying for heat and getting under the water. We got a Solar heater so...no sun= cold water.

I am thinking I am just in absolute shock.

1. One of my daughters classmates parents passed away two days ago.
2. One of my childhood friend's father passed away tonight.
3. I found my best friend from Kindergarten on FB and we chatted for the first time in ages.
4. We had an argument here tonight, not good.

So it's been a really weird night.

that's definitely a strange night.

as for me, playing video games and now some netflix.

I am thinking is Ivy Leagues the new fad?

Thinking of where my best friend from PA is...she is supposedly on the way here but she is not replying to my texts. Ever since she got her new Smartphone, it has been hard to communicate with her.

Im sure that she's on the way. In pa, lots of areas are out of ranges from what I recall.. hope she's fine.

I tried using a Smartphone to text someone when my SK battery died.

It didn't make me smart at all! I couldn't figure the damn thing out! Ugh! Dumbphone.

I'm thinking, I really hate IBS. Man, I am stuck in bed in massive pain and am on a clear liquid diet. No meds, just doing what I can. Augh!!

I am thinking if gas really does spike to $5/gallon in 2012 I will be purchasing a fuel efficient car, Ford Fiesta anyone??? (although I admit the hatchback version looks kind of neat.)

That's the exact same car like Jclarke has. The Australian version finally came to the states.

I just got off work. I think (and what I heard on the news) we're expecting an ice storm. My driveway is already slicked over. Botts, you expecting any ice your way? I think I'm glad my boss sent me home early!

I don't know if the AUS version is in the USA or not, but I thought the Ford Fiesta was originally an American car from the 70's/80's/90's?? I know I have seen the old versions of these that take up only half a parking space because they are to tiny.

Someone asked me why people in Europe, Asia, and Australia always drive small cars. I said because they purchase their gas by the litre, not the gallon. It is more expensive that way thus they are already paying the equivalent of $5/gallon in those places. They can't afford gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. They make do with crossovers, sedans, hatchbacks, and small trucks. It makes sense.

I think that was Festiva. We had one. With two tall kids.
