I am thinking about a lot things:P
 
I'm thinking about the bread I plan on making this week. No longer allowed to have store bought stuff, so I get to bake my own.

Which is SO yummy! What kind are you making? Just white? Do you make other kinds?

My husband makes GFCF bread in the breadmaker for me all the time. I think there is a mix from Bob's Red Mill. Easy.

I am starting out with basic white bread, but will branch out to wheat and rye as well.

Botti- I do not have a bread maker and am not too sure I want one. My brother has one and says he prefers to make his own by hand.
 
I am thinking just how is it fair that half of the office is out today because of snow and ice all over the ground and because I work from home I still have to work, if they are off I wanna be off too. I am not going anywhere but not the point. Oh well the bright side is I won't be behind and have to play catch up for the rest of the week

I am thinking about how I wished things would improve, but they never do. Well at least now I have a full-time job even if it is not the job I wanted. I'll keep this job until something better comes along.
 
I am thinking I just saw Northeastern Australia is flooding badly.
 
I am thinking about how much I like the fact that Windows 7 boots up much faster than Windows XP.

Yes is much faster. I have an xp desktop and a Windows 7 laptop.
