We are planning live there about 2 to 5 yrs.. and to sell the house.. Move another newer house. Wait and see, We don't know how long takes.

I would renovate or make my home pretty to enjoy myself no matter either I am not plan to live that house forever or not... Important is enjoy your life with pretty things. It would make me depress for not renovate my house and leave old things, I dont like... No Way... Make yourself feel good for few years before you want to move out is important...

They can value the old house if you make your home pretty...

Backyard really lot of flowerbeds all over swarming... will remove some of areas because want have swimming pool and whirlpool too.

Future revonation: Kitchen, 4 bathrooms and living room which it's 1980'ish due out of dated.

Yes Lake Tahoe,

I'm very antsy awful lot! :giggle: two more days left to go....
Oh brother.. I'm on 1st stage stress right now and due making sure everything prepared and moving boxes goes to near the doorway... Easier for us lifting direct into the moving truck.. We are fusterate to get ahold our friends but no luck.. :( I think they are busy and working.. wha..ever so btw ourselves will do it.. We'll be okay..

Friday: Our suv, will load up the boxes goes to into new house and old house backforth.. We aren't mind at all... *giggles*

Saturday: Rental Truck, will load up the old furnitures goes into new house from old house. When done moving and return the rental truck company. We'll stop by our old rent house.. little clean up then *spit it out* :giglge: reason why, we've had enough w/this shit box house due freezing hell lotsa stupid so many leak roof/windows and much more...

We'll look forward new house real soon...

Have fun moving and I know it is not easy. But once you are settle then you can relaxing in your new home. :D

10 minutes away from my rental house..
Rental dwelling house closer to downtown..

New house pretty quite close to mall within 5 minutes drive..
Walk would be about 10 to 15 minutes walk.. Isn't bad.. eh

Oh wow you have been search search search from drive around around till you saw and grab not that bad 5 mins away from drive to your new home :lol:

Pretty I'm getting there antsy and have to clean up the office down and prepare pack into the boxes.... *ready for move in new office by tomorrow*
I think internet will closed today or tomorrow.. but not sure.. LOL

I'm quite restless right now... My hubby have to help me clean up the master bedroom must move and go... to get ready for moving day next day... That what we are prepared!
