That's fine - enter USA illegally is illegal act and criminal. I don't have much thing to say.

However, I made statement that's more deeper than simply label as criminal or illegal acts because they are very broader when come with illegal immigrants. For example, when article saying that our president deported most illegal immigrants that have criminal on their background - known as double crime, secondary crime or more crime on top of immigration status. I'm saying that not all illegal immigrants are double crime or having more crime than just being in US illegally.

The sensitive will be very different when share with my best friend that he has many families oversea so I usually avoid word saying illegal immigrant. I'm not radical, extreme or tough person, sorry.

I am not against any race or the fact they want to come to the country for a better life. This is about foxrac thinking that it is not a crime to cross the border without proper paperwork. I would be an illegal/criminal if I tried to cross the Mexico border myself.

A "better life" is generally why people steal as well. It is not acceptable to break laws because one wants something. Illegal immigration is not victimless. It hurts American families by taking jobs,overcrowding schools and straining social services.

That is why we take it seriously. Even if they are law abiding.

Yup, I don't understand why our government hadn't fix the problem with illegal immigrants after started having a problem in few decades ago. If they did in past and we don't have deal with costly, expensive measurement to take all illegal immigrants out of our country, and having courts and delay adds to cost.

Now, you can secure the US-MX border as preventable measurement - I don't have problem with those, however it is very uneasy to find right method to shrinking the illegal immigrants that existing in our country and the lawmakers tried to pass but all failed, even no bipartisanship. There will be more illegal immigrants that aren't come from Mexico or Central America, people can get on fly to arrive in US and stay until 90 days visitation or visa expire so they became illegal immigrant and other possibly entrance from Canada or shipping on water.
