I am NOT talkin' about ADers THAT would use X-rated in their avatars or signatures in this forum. I am talkin' about my OPINION. I just agree with SmileyGin when she first brought " leadin' on screen name " up. Same thing that " leadin' on screen name " will give signal, too without showin' semi-naked avatars/signatures. That's all. Plain and simple.

Speakin' of Levonian, I just want to be sure that I understand him to prevent misunderstandin'.

What I'm trying to tell you people...Is just because Taylor is a cop (or so he says) I don't think is a very good one. Looks to me like he's using his police powers & try to make believers out of all of you. Ya know, the things he did with me debating (not good enough) evidence back 'n' forth to me. He screwed up the case (if there is one) for the prosecution. & Put his own job at risk. Personally I think he's been watching NYPD Blue to much. No Police Officer is allowed to do that. The only thing that would be public is BD's arrest or warrant if issues. Not evidence (that Taylor shouldn't even have) like that.

Taylor is not gonna tell me this garbage as I was watching that "FreakShow" of a thread "Thank You Alex" on how the system works. The things he did & said along with that (if you say so) 14 year old girl just didn't add up or make any sense. When I saw the post about the hotel, plane to Florida I couldn't take it anymore I had seen enough..

Alot of you are NOT looking at it at a different point of view. Things like the e-mails. Ok I can make up an email & put BuckDodgers name on it & say those things & do whatever. They can be made from someone else in Maryland, Washington D.C. Hell even from Alaska or even Canada for all we know. How do you really really know? You don't, Everything that I've seen is NOT a good enough case against BuckDodgers. Like it or not.

I'm not standing up for BuckDodgers. If he really did what Taylor said he did then fine I'm all against it. But if its just a personal issue against him, because y'all hate him then that I believe is wrong. He's banned if he really did whatever was said. So why make up a thread about it & create all that drama, lies, & bullcrap.

Its NOT fair to y'all here at alldeaf nor the new people coming here to such garbage like that. Also talk about other forums which I didn't even waste my time going to about him. For all we know someone else could have made up those names & got banned. There plenty other ways to bust him & trace it back to his computer. But no no one thought of that huh? Alot of it is "Hearsay" & could be fake e-mails, forum names, etc.

Taylor knew I was catching onto him. I've caught him in lies before & he knows it. I won't discuss what. But the point is, He knew I was catching onto to him. Damn I come from a family of police officers, paralegals, attorney, etc. etc. etc. etc...I've been learning the Criminal Justice System for almost 12 years now & Taylor is not gonna tell me things like that, that I know are NOT true when it comes to the CJS!!

One other thing I want to know is WTF is this girl's parents. Oh she only goes to Taylor & yes Taylor I know you "team up with other agenices" blah blah. When the local investigators need to go to her house & deal with the parents NOT just her. But another funny thing that caught my attention about all of this. When that was going on with me & Taylor, all of the sudden she comes on & posts away. Did y'all see the time frame when she posts? The early afternoon? Correct me if I'm wrong, BUT isn;t this 14 year old supposed to be in?, Where? huh? SCHOOL!!! AT that time. Even later that night else where in thread at 1am in the mourning??

Having said all of this, there is so much more I've found out on this so-called case. I'm just gonna keep it to myself. I'm doing my own searching, my own digging, my own investigation. BUT one thing is for sure if I find out this BS is not even true. Y'all will know it with SOLID evidence PERIOD!! But then again I may not share it with everyone. Alls I'm after is the truth, the whole truth, & nothing but the truth so help you God.

If BuckDodgers got set-up & fell for a trap & got suckered into it by the police, thats his problem. But Taylor, if most of the BS you said isn't true I'd think you need to apoligize to everyone. I'm sure they'd forgive you & just move on. Remember what I said, its not fair to everyone here at All Deaf to see all that & create the drama & stress it has for people. Don't worry it didn't bother me none except when trying to tell me how & what you can do with the legal system.

You also have a personal bias against him. That speaks for itself.

We're not talking about Taylor, or even this latest incident. I've gone beyond that and want to know why BuckDodgers was allowed back here after it was clearly known by many that he was capable of making death threats over a year ago.

That's what I want to know. Why was a man who clearly showed mental instability allowed free reign on a forum based soley on a promise to behave? Supposedly, Buck promised to be good. That's like John Wayne Gacy promising to be nice to little boys before he kidnapped, tortured, raped and killed them.

That's an extreme example, but the point is.... You don't ignore warning signs that someone might be dangerous. In this case, there weresigns everywhere well over a year ago that were clearly ignored somply nobody wanted to take this guy seriously, because he was a crackpot. Well, yes, he was a crack pot. A dangerous crackpot.

He made a death threats to the moderator, and I think Alex too, I'm not too sure, but he apology then Alex gave him a second chance, I believe it was already said by Alex himself in another thread somewhere, You just have to look it up and find it. ;) It isn't about you, that you were receiving death threats. I'm not trying to jump on you, but only explaining something to you. I hope you know the differences. :thumb:

You comparing apples and oranges here, 'B' did not harm that 14 years old girl, She was not raped or even murder, That was prevent. How many children who been raped and murder out in the society when the Government allows the three strikes law? Yet, I don't see you complaining about that except you complaining about 'B' who has not yet broke the law, only crime he had done was talking to this 14 years old teen. ;)

It does NOT matter. The threats were made, and a alledged sex crime was committed. It doesn't matter if the threats were made against me or not. Thank GOD they weren't made against me. The fact remains he made them and yet, he was allowed back here. That's serious. If he was capable of making a threat, then he certainly was capable of following through on it. If he was capable of alledgedly trying to solicit a minor, he was capable of taking that a step further, too.

We aren't talking about rape and murder, you're right, but we could be. And, Cheri, this is my point! I'm not talking about what he did, so much as what he was capable of doing and people knew it. Buck is mentally unbalanced, and people knew it. They knew long before he across that 14 yr old girl.
 
Okay, to tell you what, we both have different opinions, different views on how we see things, I'm not saying you're wrong on what you think or believe, and I'm not wrong either. I'll just leave it at that. Please do have a good day. ;)
 
No actually I have personal bias against no one.

To me, blaming the webmaster, administrator/mod team is like blaming the paper and pencil manufactors for a kid drawing " vulgar " or " obscene " pictures, So it is time to stop the blame game and take the responsibility that comes with being a parent...It isn't an easy job, but no one said it would be, yet it's sooo easy for people to place blame on someone else about what happened and always constantly pointing fingers and saying something like, "Oh, it's the moderators or the owners or even the webmaster who allowed this kid to be in this situation and yet, assuming and accusing the webmaster, mod team/owner for intentionally to let this happened...I don't see it that way at all but the way you're bringing it up makes it look like that and you know what?... All the respondsibilities lies with the parents! Not the webmaster, etc..

Im tired of people attacking me, and sending me threaten pm just cause I have a different view on this, yet Im tired of hiding and allowing them to trash me up not anymore I'm going to stand firmly on my own two feet...cause all I see is how crazy and stupid this nonsense is going on and on...trying to place the blame on SOMEONE. I am curious to ask : Was it the first time for moderators to notice about what happened to that kid ? I am not sure how many times it happens but, since this AD is what ? 4 or 5 years old site right ?

Two things:

First, her gaurdian took the appropriate action, so they aren't to be blamed here. The girl went to her gaurdian when she felt uncomfortable, and told what was happening. After which, appropriate action was taken by the authorities. This girl should be applauded for her bravery in coming forward with what had to be an embarrasing situation.

Second, the member who posted your personal information shouldn't have. He was wrong to do that, but that doesn't excuse the moderators/ admin. They knew Steve was a loose cannon, and yet, they allowed him to continue here. Had they left him banned, we wouldn't be discussing this now, and your personal information wouldn't have been dissiminated in public.

No, I don't accept it. This also isn't about Freedom of Speech. An alledged crime was committed involving a 14 yr old girl. You conveniently resurfaced after that whole thing blew over, so you weren't around when it happened. Therefore, let me educate you:

BuckDodgers aka RavenSteve was caught trying to solicit a 14 yr old girl for sex. The fourteen year old girl brought this to the attention of her gaurdian, who informed the police. Steve thought he was chatting with the 14 yr old, but was in fact, chatting with a detective. Furthermore, he admitted his actions numerous times. In my mind, this means he's guilty.

It has been suggested that the mods/admin knew Steve was dangerous even before this latest incident, and that is what we're discussing...

This isn't about me needing to deal with an opposite viewpoint. It's about people being held accountable for their actions... Something I don't think was done. If they had been, an innocent 14 yr old would not have been hurt.

I see nothing wrong when people vent their feeling out here since you created your thread "TRUST". . We thought we would vent out in general way what/how they feeling... example about avators, put member´s home address to the public, experience as being rape, abuse, betrayal, etc. but you want us to talk about Steve all the time which not right.

I see no problem that you vented your feeling toward Steve out over 14 years old teen but I have the problem to see that you want us consider Steve etc. Why should we continue to talk about about him since we know that Alex BANNED him permently, Taylor took his job to take care of and Hot2love4 stood up herself in Taylor´s thread and then Taylor´s thread to be lock. We talked about him in Taylor is good enough. It´s over and move on, period.

Yes, Admin. give member 2nd chance after 1st permently ban... Now he ban him after gave him 2nd chance... Accord Alex, it will be NEVER 3rd chance...

Anyway, let the people who vent their feeling for avators, post public address, etc. when they don´t want to talk about Steve. You should put something instead of "TRUST".

I do not see that we using Steve as an example but creator´s own rant/vent and WANT us talk about him and don´t bother to listen other members who vent different than talk about him. I see nothing wrong that the members vent their experiences because its about their feeling since the creator put "TRUST" which mean is talk in general way how we feel about "TRUST" after what we have bad experience. The creator should put "Venting............." instead of "TRUST".
