 Either you are at your usual "being obtuse" game or you're still confused.

Which, they don't know about until someone observes something and gives them a call. He did that.

Are you saying that if you see something going on at a neighbor's house you wouldn't check it out? Don't you and your neighbors look out for each other?

I guess you haven't observed many trials.

That's not what happened in Zimmerman case. It's obvious that she's asking me about me, not Zimmerman. Think Joe Horn.

Stein...that's what we've been saying in this thread and elsewhere! Let all of the evidence present themselves in court first and let court decide the truth of the matter....and not us since we are not privy to all of the available evidence on hand.

No need to ask me questions that you know we both know the answers to. And you must be confused. We're just speaking hypothetically about me, not Zimmerman....

No ... you are just playing your usual games again. Reba's question was in regards to Zimerman's approach to his duties as neighborhood watch, and you made the question about you.

and you think "you" is Zimmerman?

FYI - Zimmerman wasn't on Neighborhood Watch duty at that time. He was doing errand and was on the way home.

FYI - Zimmerman was neighborhood watch captain of his community and was on his way home when he saw something suspicious.

If you cannot understand Reba's intent on asking you that question (when it really had to do with Zimmerman and not you) then let me clarify what the question was intended for.

Most people are concerned for the well-being of their neighbors. At least, in States other than New Jersey.

I see the question, the answer and the context. Feel free to move on....no need to quibble.

yes you misunderstood and you still felt a need to quibble :dunno:

FYI - Zimmerman was neighborhood watch captain of his community and was on his way home when he saw something suspicious.
FYI - this so-called neighborhood watch program is neither formally recognized nor registered. and he self-appointed himself as "captain". he broke Neighborhood Watch's cardinal rules. and this so-called neighborhood watch program does not even meet the very minimum standard of official Neighborhood Watch program.

I think only Reba should clarify since she was the one asking me a question, not you or TXGolfer

gotta love how your state continues to reinforce people's preconceived notion and stereotype of Georgia.

I misunderstood nothing, I perfectly understood the question, the answer and the context. Besides, a question is hardly quibbling.

In OJ's murder case, there were plenty of evidences pointing to OJ, what the fuck happened? The point is that there are injustices in the courts sometimes. How sad!

All of the evidence are presented during court proceedings, neither us, the news media or anybody else (except the prosecutors and defense lawyers) have access to those materials. The whole point of this, we do not have access to all of the evidence, let the court do its job and we'll find out about all of the evidence presented in court.

That's not what CrazyPaul asked.

Here

OJ's case was more about a lack of established chain-of-command with investigative protocol in the past. This has changed greatly in the many years since then.

You guys going back and forth so much that I'm almost confused about what I said myself! :dizzy:

From my original post, the question in question:

...Are you saying that if you see something going on at a neighbor's house you wouldn't check it out? Don't you and your neighbors look out for each other?

Since I was replying to Jiro about his statement, the "you" in my post refers specifically to Jiro.

I'm asking Jiro if he saw something suspicious happening at his neighbor's house, would he (Jiro) check it out? I'm asking Jiro if he and his neighbors look out for each other.

I hope that clears it up.

I'm sorry if my post caused any confusion.

Was your question directed at Jiro prompted by the Zimmerman investigation?
