This is why i have no respect for law enforcement agencies.

Taytor If gary condit didnt have anything to do with chandra disaperance. Why did he keep running from the press? Its a same thing a black guy runs from the cops on a chase. Why you think blacks run from cops? Cause theyre scared and they have a guilty body lang. And condits running from the press that looks like hes got something to hide. Why didnt condit just come out make an anouncement and say were help find chandra levy. When cops interview suspects they keep on asking over and over untill story adds up. But cops did not do that with gary condit. And gary condit refused to take a lie dectector test. When you refuse to take a lie dectector test that makes you look guilty. What if cops pull me over and think i was drinking and i refuse to take a breatherzier then cops would put me in jail .So cops do protect the wealthy and the politicans. And this is where condit and bill clinton belong.

Condit was running from the press as many people do..for good reasons. They hang outside of his house 24/7. They go through his trash, look in his windows. They made it impossible for him to even get out of his driveway. Remember, the guy cheated on his wife and the media was having a field day with it. He wants the press poking in his business just as much as you would want it...I can't blame him from hiding from the press.

As for a lie detector..first, most aren't admissible in court. Regardless, before you post things as factual, how about you research it. Condit DID take a lie detector test. It was administered by the guy who trains the FBI for their polygraph testers. Chief Ramsey REFUSED to look at the results of that test. The police would not (and often don't) administer a polygraph
to Condit. Since the police wouldn't do it, Condit found somebody who would...and the person that gave it was very respectable within the FBI and other law enforcement agencies.

Today there is a funeral for Officer Molly Bowden here in Columbia, Missouri.
She died a few days ago exactly one month after being shot three times in her neck during a routine traffic stop.
A lot of people are showing up for the funeral, from several states, and police in other counties are taking up the slack in our town's police service while we mourn our fallen officer.
And mourn we do.
I have met her but once, and it was during the weakest moment, while I was handcuffed as my car was searched by a K-9 dog.
To make a long story short, they found a .22 bullet in my car, which was why I was handcuffed. Ms. Bowen explained this to me as I was standing there fretting and fuming and ready to BLOW UP, and I can tell you it is only because of her professionalism that I did not do so. She actually made me feel like a CITIZEN for godsaake. She was human, she had a beautiful smile and it calmed me.
Anyway...Ravensteve...
The only reason I did not attend her funeral was because I KNOW I would BAWL.
Rest in blessed peace, Officer Bowden.

I am sorry about her. Terrible to lose someone's life. I understand why cops are stress out on the job, u never know when it is your time today or tmw.

I remember one news I saw years ago, it was uncut news on satelite dish. Someone filmed a dead motorcyle cop laying down alike a fetus postion sleeping peaceful. He was shot in head and blood was all over the ground. He was alone, other cops or ambulance did not arrive yet. Someone saw it and filmed him right before they came. It was just alike he died right away. It burned in my mind since then. It was awful cuz he don't deserve to die just alike rest cops who died on the line of duty.

Maybe if the news show more of those then we may respect cops more.
