This is Insane, Taking Selfies While Driving

ha ha i think its funny for someone to ask dear abby for advice.

Especially if Abby is a hearing person who is not fluent in ASL.

I do carry ASL conversations while driving. Never had a problem. I think it is hard for people who aren't fluent in ASL to understand.

But you did not answer my question. Do you both hands to sign while driving ? I can't see how you can drive if you're signing with both hands . What about trying to see what the other person is signing , you need to see their hands so how do you watch the road at the same time?

She looked up the law for the person , I agree people did ask Abby a lot of advice about weird things, that was the only web site I could about driving
and using ASL at the same time. California has a law about this so others states could copy it later on.

There was a thread about banning cell phone and ASL here in 2006 . This was before I joined up.

This a comment from a cop about driving and using ASL , no dear Abby this time.

Watch the video clips again.

So you keep one hand on the wheel while driving? I have seen so many people driving with both hands on the wheel making a turn and they get into my lane to take their turn. I am sick of people not staying in their own lanes when driving .

I sign one handed if I'm driving personally.... They still get the point *shrug* Except on my motorcycle.... I never sign on the motorcycle.... :laugh2:
