I do carry ASL conversations while driving. Never had a problem. I think it is hard for people who aren't fluent in ASL to understand.

Watch the video clips again.But you did not answer my question. Do you both hands to sign while driving ? I can't see how you can drive if you're signing with both hands . What about trying to see what the other person is signing , you need to see their hands so how do you watch the road at the same time?
