The Xbox One (yes, that is the name)

Yes and no. It designed to be affordable and mini-sized PC console capable of run any games through Steam but can be plugged to any television. Valve want to expend Steam to PC or existed console users with little or no experience in custom gaming computers. Either Linux or Window OS can be installed by choice.

Is it smilar to like those?

No. Dell (Alienware) isn't team up with Valve. It may look much like mini atx computer unit with network system, enough to go in entertainment center.

I'm just ask about design and size similar - not team with Dell/Alienware.

I only heard about Steam Box.

So, more details released today from E3.

US $499 for Xbox One (plus tax)

and they've quoted the same price for Euros at €499

and the UK it will be £429 (in US dollars that would be almost $660 - yikes meaning that UK will be paying over $100 more for the same console than US Buyers!)

Microsoft Points is to be replaced with actual money instead in the near future!

For the sake of argument, the 360 was USD$399, €399 and £279 when it launched in December 2005.

Y'know, maybe if Kinect wasn't now an essential part of the system (Kinect is garbage) it wouldn't be quite so ridiculous.

Yes, Kinect is one of biggest reason that I don't want buy Xbox One.

M$, take Kinect garbage out.

No, I hate Kinect for years
Yeah Me either! :P I was like, "Can't believe MSFT required 24hrs online , force loyal gamers to buying Kinect w/G-NEX XCrap1, and Gold membership after their XBOX ONE announcement".
