Okay, I've only seen a scene or two and don't know if Dexter has a brother, but the show sure has an undercurrent of horror. Is it Dexter?

I didn't see that part, Byrdie. I only saw the hourglass and the water thing. I just came in and found more clues.

Anyways.

1. 26 miles of shoreline sandy beach
2. has the famous annual kite festival in the spring time
3. very busy during the summer months

This should be a easy one.
