So now we're supposed to be hit again, but so far, the talk is the Cape will be getting it the worst. TV is already using two weather people per show just to deliver this news. It wasn't snowing at all in NH but did start to get bad as I got back home to Massachusetts. I've already asked for tomorrow off at work. Anyone a betting person? Is this going to be another storm or just more talk?

no kiddin. just given the last one, now every breeze will be hyped up by the media. they need peoples eyes. for the advertisement loot. hype at least generates clicks.
i hope i'm wrong.
i hope this thing is biggest storm since the last ice age.
(drags cigarette...exhales smoke in the shape of icebergs)
 
Heavy snow and blowing winds here in Maryland and it is on the way to your area. We have gotten from 0 to about 10 inches today and still snowing (7PM).
 
it's a winter.... there are always snowstorms...

Zero to 10"? :giggle:

Here is about 10" so far, and still coming down pretty hard. Expecting about 12" by the time it stops in the early morning.
 
Just saw on the national news it's bad enough out there police are asking people to please stay home if at all possible.

Some deaf dude posted a video and showing how there was already 12 inches of snowfall in PA this am......
 
You guys are gonna freeze for sure...was a beautiful day in my city...then late evening, came the rain and the cold, cold chill...supposed to freeze again....Some days I dunno what to wear...my sweater and boots...or my bikini and flip-flops....:giggle:

It's already freezing here..... it's 10 degrees here.
 
Ten, feels like -4. I wonder who they get to stand outside and give us his best estimate?

When I got up this morning, I was wearing a light jacket, and it felt warm ...ish. I just got back inside from gathering firewood in heavy duty insulated carhartt coveralls. The windchill is making it feel like it is about 9 degrees. I bought those coveralls about 3 years ago, and this is the second time I have worn them.
