Oh ok, I wouldn't accept a new job if it is contractor or don't offers health insurance plans, unless there is make alot of money to purchase a full health insurance.

in most universities - the one handling applications are the staff... which are the students. We hire contractors (or specialists) for specific jobs like copywriting, IT, etc. We don't have the budget like corporation where they have marketing department or PR department.
