Just wondering if Jiro finally bribed Alex yet? (Psst, offer a pretty wig or two!)

Was nice to return to work for a full day after two weeks and finally feel productive.

I am glad you had a good day :) Life as normal is always nice! I am hoping the get back to the gym today. I don't think I need muscle relaxers anymore!:D

I can't wait until I move into my own apartment, I am living out of the trunk of my car during the week (thankfully I have NOC shifts so there is a bed for me in the client's house) because I cannot stand being at my former house during certain times of the day (nap & lunch for son). The house is a wreck and I am disgusted, I just spent 45 minutes cleaning up the sink area. I'd tell my ex to deal with it himself but I clean so my son will have a home sweet home (and dishes that are not crusty O_O)

Here is a small preview from my BB:

Trash is picked up, house is aired out, clothes are clean, son's room is organized, and I can rest now but I totally lost my appetite for the day  I am bewildered at how one person can make this amount of mess in a day or two.

your ex disgusts me :ugh:

Fo sho!

I hope he will snap out of it soon and roll up his sleeves to get cleanin' (or hire a maid) because this is not an appropriate environment for our kiddo. I cannot stay at the house every day for an extra two hours just to clean up last night's tornado wreck

When I lived in a nice, cozy apartment in Virginia for 3 years, I can never do anything like this. Anybody especially men who has a messy kitchen like above is a sign of weakness. I detest pigsty lifestyle. A real man ought to keep his house in order by himself and not depend on woman to do that for him. :ugh:

Jiro, you get MAJOR brownie points from me.

Err, nevermind... you lost the points because you made me crave brownies :(

brownie.... now I'm craving for slightly-burnt brownie.... I like crispy top. :(

A Gucci bag?!

I am sorry but the gloves comes off now, Shel.

You need to be ballsy about your daughter now. They are not being parents; they are trying to be her friends and win her approval.

It's not healthy for everyone.

You'll think someone will try to steal from her? IN a way, I think buying her expensive items are putting her at risk of being robbed. She could get hurt and she is too young.

omg that's awful!

Jinx, ya ex of the school of thought "cleaning is woman's/wife's work" ? cause that is exactly what my ex thought.
But in his defense, *shudders*, he did cook. But when I tried to cook, something would inevitably go wrong. So he would 'joke' that he had to cook, otherwise I'd poison everyone.

I cooked daily and kept the house sparkling clean during the relationship, but we're not together now. It's not even my house or my mess, I'm cleaning FOR my son. But it is getting overwhelming and I know I am enabling my ex to be a slob, I just don't want my son to suffer for his father's laziness (frustrated sigh)
