I have no idea what you're talking about.

A film. Starring Brad Pitt and Ed Norton. About a bunch of dudes that get together and beat the crap out of each other. Can't say the name because technically speaking, I shouldn't even be talking about it. :giggle:

2 loaves of freshly baked *sniiiifffs!(yum!) whole wheat bread - my recipe is quite simple and wonderful for those who want to have a gluten-free diet.

4 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tbsp of baking soda
1/2 tbsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of vinegar

The vinegar will react with the baking soda hence the rising instead of using yeast. This is a very old Irish recipe and has always been what I used. This is much more dense and the bread is much heavier. This is wonderful for cold winters, rainy days as this goes well for mopping up gravies or dipping in thick soups/stews.

Incidentally, while the bread was baking, I went ahead and made today's soup.

Our flat smells heavenly, we have a very thick soup breathing in our pot... turkey, couscous, vegetables and a thicker than fog broth all marrying together. Yum! Yes, I love to cook as it all comes from my love.

PM me for my address!!

No caption needed. Just watch for the method. If you know the methods, you can do whatever you want. :p

You just need rice, a leafy vegetable like toasted seaweed, lettuce, cabbage and so on, and some kind of filling... like canned fish, pickled vegetables, fruits and so on.

My father makes excellent sticky rice and in the video - the triangle sticky rice is what I eat when I was in Japan earlier this year.

Heh.

To me...

Sticky rice is this:

Because sticky rice is a Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai thing... We just call the one in that YouTube or the one you ate overseas "sushi rice" or "arborio rice." But apparently Americans like to call "sushi rice" sticky rice as well.

All I know is you can't use white long-grain, basmati or jasmine rice to make ongiri though. They separate too easily.

Different immigrant populations?

it's best living your life not searching for that special someone because it's a waste of time. It's best living your life doing what you like to do and during that time - you are much more likely bump into somebody with common interest :)

:squint: By siting all day working like a nerd wouldn't help. How are you gonna bump into someone that way?

who said you gotta work all day? :cool2:

I agree with Jiro.

The random people I meet at concerts and at clubs are a lot more fun than the ones I have met online.
