Oh no!!!! All of a sudden, I am so craving for another coffee. I have an emtpy bag that is for FREE. yep it's a starbuck bag. Oh no i am too lazy to walk outside of my building to walk toward to the tiny starbuck shop and get another coffee. yeah yeah I know I still have to. :giggle:

It was more of a lightning action than anything else. Not much wind, rain, nor thunder...just constant lightning all over the sky.

Now, it is steamy out there like a sauna with the sun out. Still have foggy-like clouds scattered around. For sure, that is a recipe for strong thunderstorms later on. Yay!!!
 
I worked for Walmart about 6 months after I got laid off from PJP last year, I hated it. They really do treat their associates like crap. Their management sucks and they wonder why they have such a high turnover rate despite the success of the company. This is also why they have such a high hoobahoo over anyone that stays with the company for 5 years or more. Of course I know people that have been working at WM for 20+ years and still at the bottom of the totem pole, and then there are those who've only been there for 7-10 years and are already getting to work the cash office, work as department management, anti-theft personnell, etc. I think a lot of it is favoritism and what favorites are done for management for preference of certain positions.

Favoritism is nothing new and will always be there no matter where or what the job is. Not just at Walmart.

It is one thing to convince the CS Desk that you're right for the job in the promotional interview, but it is another thing when you convince the CS Desk manager you're more than willing to drop your pants to make sure you get that job. (This actually happened at one of my local Walmarts and I went to school with the girl's older sister). And yes she actually screwed the CS Desk manager to get the CS Desk position. Then she blabbed about it, upper management found out and in the end instead of firing her, she was transferred to the WM I used to work at and from what I got the Customer Service Desk Manager was terminated effective immediately once the investigation into the matter was concluded. The girl was also demoted to starting pay and had to work as a cashier again when she was transferred.

If there was one tiny thing about my Freak is that it is balanced and wish it was endload. I had one league this summer that didn't allow my PST even though it is ASA rated. Go figure. :aw: I do also have an awesome Miken Ultra Velocite which isn't legal in any league I play, but it is fun to use when we have HR contests at practice. I hits some pretty awesome bombs.

Miken Ultra- banned...yea, i know because one of my very good friend who is himself umpire of USSSA also playing USSSA B. He always shares many informations with me on bats, rules and etc.

Miken Freak + is sick bat and it is LEGAL in USSSA if umpire allows.

PST- is way better in cold weather, fyi. Singlewall league?
 
my lower gluteal muscles are sore. I haven't have that sore for a long time. :ugh:
