Just found out today. An old friend's hubby is having major back problems. They are not sure what caused this. He had an MRI done on Monday and found that he has 2 bulging disks in spine and also has stennosis. He is currently unable to walk or stand for long periods. This is especially hard on them as he is the co-owner and cook in a Cuban restaurant.
 
JUST got to sit down! it's 12:30AM now .. :shock: feet & legs tingling. waiting for my last load..

see chiropractor. My L4 and L5 is off by 3-5mm.
