My ex's girlfriend used to page me constantly complaining about her attitude when she lived with them full time. So, now she has been living with us full time for about a month now...WOW! I see what my ex's girlfriend meant. It is a nasty attitude and it had just started just at the beginning of the year little by little until now, it is almost daily. She is soooo moody and soo dramatic. I tell her if she wants to talk to me or do stuff with me, she needs to kick that attitude to the curb. However, I do not get into arguments with her..just let her vent and listen. Even as a baby, she was always moody so it must be her personality but she also does things that she is not supposed to and we have to constantly set her straight. My ex's gf and ex-gf both said that she got away with a lot with my ex hubby.

JUST MY FREAKING LUCK!!!! I am sick and the test results came back. I have the swine flu. All week, I had been struggling to breathe but no fever or anything. Just a very very tight heavy feeling in my chest with a nasty deep cough. Finally, I gave in and just called my dr, got an appt, and it was confirmed along with signs of a fever developing. I will have to miss work tmw. I am so pissed!

Oh, girl! I am so sorry. It really seems to be hitting schools hard around here, too. I have become the queen of hand sanitizer!:giggle:

Has she developed that annoying pre-teen 'tude? Sounds like she is testing her limits with you.

lol if it does - then we would have a swine flu cure! Hand Sanitizer is only meant to lessen the germ/virus on your hands to minimize the spread. but nothing beats a good ole' fashioned way - washing your hands with soap.

Yeah. My daughter has her moments from time to time. but not on a daily basis.

I feel she is pissed because she is not getting her way with you. Got to keep your foot down. But at the same time let her know how much you love and care about her.

No doubt. And that is the PROPER hand washing. Not the quick, put the soap on your hands, and rinse it off type of hand washing.


Got to wash and rub and scrub for at least 20 seconds.

Thanks..I think it is funny and I start picking (in a positive way) on her about it. Like make funny faces at her and then she would roll her eyes at me. I guess I am not "cool" in her book anymore. LOL!

They should be able to do a titer and check for antibodies.

Yeah...I don't always have soap and water readily available. That's when I have been using the sanitizer.

Today was not too bad. Yesterday, my brother bawled her out because she was so nasty to him yessterday. He told her that her attitude is breaking his heart. She has 3 adults here to bawl her out on a daily basis...lol!

Yea, my brother is living with us while he does his student teaching internship at my work. :)
 
Wash your hands with choroline then. :P (jk) That stuff will kill everything in its path, even HIV virus.
