Congrats!

I have much the same goal as you. Last year my body got filled up with tons of fluids due to heart and thyroid problems so I gained 30 pounds as a result.

Even after losing 30 pounds worth of fluids, I still have a long way to go before I get to my ideal weight, I will have much less trouble with my diabetes when I finally get there. I am now where I was at age 24. I have not been at that weight since I was 24 and I'm happy about it. I am shopping for new clothes. *yay*

When I get there, I will have to work on keep from gaining weight for the rest of my life like you. I don't think diets really work because once you get off the diet, you go back to your old bad eating habits. Eating habits have to be changed for good.

Thanks!

That's why I didnt drastically change my eating habits too quickly..just changed things little by little...some days I slip back but important, I dont allow that happen on a daily basis.

Glad to be back home, Im so wornt out, our dogs was so thrilled to be back home.

BTW, Chevy57, guess I gotta to pass you the vacation pass.

Im done for the summer vacation. Next year, gonna go ahead a way head of time to prepare. like in January!

2009 Ford Fiesta

2009 Mazda 2

Remember: Ford vehicles in Austrlaia are Australian made.

well in America - easy decision..... we would pick Mazda over Ford. Ford in here is CRAP :mad2:

Today, I slept all day, woke up, got sick, slept some more, and now I feel better! Sleeping works wonders! I love sleeping!

I understand your feel, guys. But it is different down here, as what America does. Ford are australian made down here, and it should apply the same thing to the U.S.A factories. By the way, I am 95% leaning on Ford Fiesta

That Ford Fiesta looks almost like Toyota Matrix here in the US.

That's 2009 Toyota Matrix. The rear end looks lot like the Ford Fiesta.

I think that Mazda 3 is better and power than Mazda. Mazda 3 engine is 2.0 litre in-line 4 cylinder. Mazda 2 engine
is 1.5 litre in-line 4 cylinder.
