Soon off to see my OB/GYN for monthly check up! Not much longer till I go to Bi-weekly! Tyler LOVES to hear baby's heartbeat....he think it is so awesome! :) And always say "ILY" to my belly (to his new sibling). Too cute!

I will be hanging out with my friend on Saturday for lunch in Downtown Seattle area. :) It's gonna be fun!

I just want to wish Everyone Happy Fourth Of July... I know this is early but I'm leaving today, in the morning to go to Camping/beach and I won't be back until 6th of July. I'm gonna miss AD and you all... so when I get back, I have a lot to catch up... lol

Anyways, have an awesome Fourth of July... but be safe as well!

Oh to those that aren't Americans.... have awesome weekend. ;)

Have a fun and safe 4th of July weekend.

My boss at the public school let all of us off an hour early today. Yay!

Got a busy weekend planned...

-today, will get together with friends for Happy Hour

-Tmw, going to do laundry, home errands and pack

-Sat am, going to PA to my cousin's new cabin...my dad's 3 sisters, and their grown up kids and their grandkids are all flying from the West to stay there. I havent seen most of them in over 10 years and even some in almost 15 years. It will be their first time meeting my son. Will stay there for 2 days.

-Sunday, return home or stay at the cabin depending on the location (Monday is the reason)

-Monday, will go to Philly for my husband's grandmothers' funeral so I am trying to find out if Philly is on the way from my cousin's cabin..if so, then I will stay there Sunday night and then go to the funeral from her cabin Monday morning. If it is way out of the way, then I will come home to Baltimore, and then ride with my hubby back to PA Monday morning for the funeral.

I feel like pulling my hair out already..gotta be very very busy!

Hope everyone has a safe weekend too!

I live only about an hour and half from NF....:) beautiful there! I wanna go back and enjoy the day...someday of course! :)

Nigara Falls will wait until later.

That's okay. Are you planning to visit at National Institute for the Deaf in Rochester in New York? It's a deaf college. Actually, it is part of Rochester Institute of Technology. It is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Rochester to Niagara Falls - approximately 84 miles (135 km). It is just the idea how far in these places.

I posted to tell you that there are some prostitutes on these streets in NYC as well-known for prostitute criminals for years. I bet that you would be so shock to see some women looking a young man for a sex business. It is a very dangerous place. :rofl2:

JClarke - What do you really want to see in NYC?

Metropolitan Museum of Art (a huge building and long hours)

Empire State Building to observe the view of the big city

Radio City Music Hall (not sure if it's a good idea for you to watch the performance because I don't know when it provides the interpreters for deafies. Maybe, you won't able understand the interpreters because of ASL. I went there, and it was nice. Well, everyone is different - some of them love it or hate it.)

Statue of Liberty Tour (a good one, it is on the island. It cost about $12.00 to ride on a ferry boat to the island. I did not have time to go there.)

Rockefeller Center - a famous for its skating rink during Christmas time, some shopping are too expensive.

Walk around the Times Squares

Not sure about the Central Park (free) - I don't remember it.

Not sure about United Nations for the tour.

Maybe at St. John the Divine Cathedral - a largest Cathedral church. It would fix Statue of Liberty under its dome.

New York City Landmarks Sights visitor Guide - NYC sightseeing attractions in New York Sights, NY

You should always secure your passport and wallet. There are many professional thieves in the city. I think that it is cheaper to go on a subway - it is faster than a taxi. But, maybe, you might want to ride on a taxi to see some view of the city. You have to pay a tip to a taxi driver (money).

I would say that, for example, a nice shirt cost 60 dollars in the city, and the "same" shirt would cost 14 dollars out of the city. You probably would see some artists, on the sidewalk, sell their nice painting for a pretty good price.

If you are going to Gallaudet University in Washington D.C., I think that it would be interesting for you to walk around in the D.C. with your group. The real problem is the off the campus of the Gallaudet is the highest crime. But, I was told that it improved a lot and less crime. It is also expensive at shopping - same thing in NYC. At the Capital of D.C., it would be fun for you. It is cleaner than in NYC. Many famous museums, White House tour if less traffic, and many more activities there.

I am aware of these dangerous parts, I will be with a friend while I am in NYC... Let my friend do the expertise of NYC. :)
