Just have a question --- What does airport layout mean? and have someone flown from PDX (portland, oregon) to IAD (Washington D.C) before?

:sadwave: I hope you get better. I've never had back pains until about a month ago I was doing backflips, and I ended up buggering and landing on my back. Needless to say, that was no fun sleeping for a few days for sure :(

Airport layout: it is a map of the airport, so you know where to go, ie arrival or depart, check in, and it also shows terminal number to go where you get on the plane that you booked on, where to pick up your bags etc.

I can't answer for PDX to IAD as I never been on that flight. Hopefully someone else can answer it for you. :)
 
Been going for serious lap swims the past few months or so weekly. I was never a serious swimmer until recently.

Running and biking is seriously nothing compared to it in terms of efficiency, burst energy gain and progressiveness!
 
Naisho have fun swimming especially during these hot days.

:hmm: my friend explained differently, the 'layover' would means that Ih ave to wait a little bit between flights, such as the connecting flights. I wont do the nonstop flight to IAD from PDX becuase it is too damn expensive... but with connecting flights to IAD, is way cheaper and that is how I will do it.
 
Right and you'll have to change planes in same airport but different gates. More cheaper than nonstop flight.... I like nonstop flight so I won't have to get off plane and change different plane (with same airline) but it cost too much. If I am rich enough I wouldn't care! :lol:

What a weekend! :) And I am still tired from crazy weekend plus weather does sucks! Rain rain rain! UGH! But today it didn't rain...but probably it did this early morning. It'll rain till Wed or Thursday! :roll: But on 4th of July it'll be in like 75 degrees...not bad...not too hot. :)

Been raining everyday here as well.

Hot and Humid.

Just hope the rain does not put a damper on my weekend plans!

Yeah but with the HUGE difference of the flight -- with nonstop flight it runs up the costs of close to $1,000 and connecting flights goes up to $250. WTF?
 
Had a very busy day! Woke up at 545 AM to go to work, after work got my 2 kids to go to PA to visit a friend and just got home. Had a great time visiting my friend and seeing her new house that she just bought. House prices are definitely a whole lot cheaper in PA than in MD! GRRR!

Couldn't sleep well last night so iam exhausted again.

However, due to no traffic, I arrived work 20 mins early and decided to grab some exercise by walking thru the park near the building. Hope it will help wake me up. Iam glad I am off at 1230.

Promised my daughter I will take her swimming this afternoon so I hope I don't crash by then.

I just want to wish Everyone Happy Fourth Of July... I know this is early but I'm leaving today, in the morning to go to Camping/beach and I won't be back until 6th of July. I'm gonna miss AD and you all... so when I get back, I have a lot to catch up... lol

Anyways, have an awesome Fourth of July... but be safe as well!

Oh to those that aren't Americans.... have awesome weekend. ;)
