I know the feeling. I've been exhausted for over a week because I've been manic and didn't get any sleep until 4:30 this morning. I woke up around 1:00 p.m. with a slight headache, but at least I'm finally well rested.

Awww, thanks Shel. :hug:

I've also been experiencing a great deal of weakness in my left wrist and have an appointment to see my doctor about it tomorrow.

I'll let everyone know what I find out.
 
i slept in all noon in the lounge, been up for an hour now its 4:30 pm , just gonna start 'work' on the essay....but only for a few hours, tmw i'd get right back into it
i might actually have a bath after all these suggestions lol

Yeah, I don't mind taking really warm shower during hot summers, too. :)
 
Speaking of buying CDs, sometimes I feel SO out of the loop when it comes to new technology. It's amazing I even have an iPod. :giggle:
 
today is warm weather and finally to wear shorts..

Hi everyone,

I just got back from seeing my doctor about the weakness I've been having in my left wrist.

She told me I have carpal tunnel and recommended surgery. However, instead of going that route, I asked if I could have physical therapy first, so she recommended 6-12 weeks of therapy. I'm also supposed to wear a splint 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

She also told me that when I train with my next guide dog that I should have him/her trained on my right side so I can avoid using my left wrist.

I hate wearing the splint because it's tight, uncomfortable and makes typing very difficult.

Just thought I'd let you all know what happened. If you start to see any errors in my typing, you'll know why. LOL.

LOL! I wonder if AD caused you to have carpal tunnel. I suppose you better take Shel's advice about 25 cents per post :hmm:

Thanks to AD, I'm now a one-handed typist. :lol:

And I think I'll take Shel's advice and cut down the monetary value of my posts from a dollar to twenty-five cents. LOL.
 
Busy day today for me and Lexi!

Lexi got pictures from Wal mart for 6 months old and Christmas, she looks SOSOSOSOSO cute! hard time to decide which but I bought a cd with ALL of pictures include the pictures that woman made with words, color, etc for only 70 dollars which isnt bad. Then got her ears pierced, she didnt complain about it much, she's very fine with it. :D
 
I have passed my final C++ and the envy of it, is finally over after all
