Same here. When I go to the Deli at WalMart I never know who is going to be there, so I just use my scoop phone to have the person read my request to skip all the lip-reading. I nearly used it the other day in the Mexican restaurant in Dardanelle but damn those waiters are fast and don't like to piddle, so I just ordered what was simple to comprehend. (although anything in this restaurant is is good so no complaints about the food).

I also got me a new wintercoat as well. It is an American Eagle coat that is quilted on the inside, with a wool shell and a furry collar. It is VERY warm. :D

I should have mentioned earlier thank you for the card you sent. It was very nice to receive a bit of international mail. Im working on mine to an extent and hope to drop some in the mail this afternoon and the rest will be sent out when the address are collected.

BTW - when are you heading out for Japan?

No problem about the card, glad it arrived to you. Flying out next Wednesday, AEST.
 
whats name of GPS system do you have?

i have Garmin NUVI 205w. I think i need a upgrade GPS in sometime soon-
 
I have an issue with the new job where I was meant to commence when I get back from o/s -- these peopel has messed it up now, it's making me :pissed:
 
They have messed it up since then they have said that I was successful but now, they are not sure where I can be put in, wtf. Also concerned about the salary part which my contract ends on the 2nd with the apprentice group and whatnot, so I am making sure they have everything confirmed and placed permenmantly.
 
Have you spoken with your supervisor and HR? If you have to round them all up in the same room and demand a single affirmative answer from ALL of them and demand it in writing and have it put in the file along with the contract. This way they cannot go back on what they said. I had to do something similar when I wanted to take my birthday off as an additional holiday to Thanksgiving.

I already spoke with the HR Supervisor who also is my boss of the apprentice group. The supervisor is aware about it cuase they got the same email of the successful applicant email when I was informed three months ago. So I will make sure they can fix it no matter what it is as long I am here permenmantly and earning the attractive salary/
 
Document, document, document is the only I have to say at this point. If you can, get 3rd party witnesses that are aware of the successful applicant confirmation. (possibly some co-workers and possibly your manager.)
