Good Point, K75. Yes, I'm agree that Mary should not have sex with her underage student when she really love him.
Yeah K75, this scandal stories about Religion teacher Sabine (31) and her student Manuel (15) on the newspapers everywhere in Germany. (Their name changed accord protection). Mary & Vile remind German media of Sabine and Manuel that’s why they add the picture of Sabine & Manuel on Mary & Vile’s story for the comparison.
I remembered Sabine & Manuel of Ludwiigsburg (Baden Wüttenberg)’s scandal at few years ago. Manuel sued Sabine for sex abuse because he “felt being forced” by her but Sabine denied it and said that she did not seduce him and also call Manuel liar, too. The atmospheres around Germany about their condition and believe that Manuel only use it out of revenge against Sabine for some reasons because Manuel visited Sabine’s home frequently for past 6 months but we still have no proof. We saw the problem is: Why Sabine invited him to have "private lesson" at her attic apartment instead of public or at boy's house?
Sabine confessed that she only kiss Manuel and stroke his penis because Manuel wants it. Sabine realized that Manuel want more from her so Sabine know what she did wrong and say No. Manuel tried to blackmail her but Sabine stay hard to say no. Manuel ran to his parents then….. scandal………. It’s hard to prove which side telling the truth so the court has to condemn Sabine to 2 years on probation with protection charge. She lost everything over that. Sabine’s and Manuel’s scandal wake every teachers up and refused to offer their students to have private lessons in their houses. They advised to not do that in the future..
We (Germans) do not consider Mary as Child Rapist because Vile said in the court how much he love her and do not felt being force by Mary because he want it as her. Comparison with Sabine & Manuel is a huge difference. Yes, Mary and Sabine both did wrong to their students. I know US law would consider Sabine as Child Rapist but here in Germany see different. We consider Sabine as sexual/emotion abuse.
