The craziest thing you've ever done?

Heard that same story told at least 25 times by various people. Its an old one. Has several variations as well, depending upon the geographical location of the one telling it.

Do the voices in your head also sing in Japanese?

I've had brains and eggs at the Oxford Bar in Missoula a few times.

And what was yours then?

The craziest dare I've ever done was... let me think....

Oh yes I know!!

I... consumed... (brace yourself)

....TOFU!

((Bloodcurdling scream))

I'm still a little queasy from the entire incident  and it happened six years ago.

I'm guessing it was the texture as the offending reason?

The texture, taste, and even the mere sight of tofu sends shivers down my spine!

C'mon, take a gander at this picture:

Does that really look appetizing?

Looks like squarish vanilla ice cream bars to me.

Just finished a bowl of Breyer's vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. Yummy.

Speaking of vanilla...

Fish eyes taste like chocolate. No joke.

I am partial to red bean paste (or azuki paste) because it tastes like chocolate, and cheaper too.

Eels is nomnomnom, even though a gourment chef called me nasty for it. Same with chicken's feet.

I'm still trying to figure out how to cook with it. Everything I have seen show 2-5 different ways to prepare it, and when I do, it falls apart or is very dry like powder almost.

Well, not counting sexual episodes....:naughty:

Hitchhiking around the country several times in my late teens and early 20's. Saw a lot of strange things; amazing things; beautiful things. I met some great people, and some serious nutcases. Was jailed. Was naked. It was a tremendous experience.

I also did the AC outlet test but used "Mr. Skunk" instead of nails. Had a stuffed skunk with hollow plastic eyes that had the little black pupils that would move around. In back of Mr. Skunk there were 2 wires that became exposed; I think they were to hold the tail into shape. I decided to see what happened if I plugged the wires into the wall socket, thinking the eyes would spin or something. Boom! Burned fingers. Since I was about 4 years old, I consider this as stupid, not crazy.

Speaking of AC experience...

Anyone opened up a computer monitor that haven't been used in 10 years? I wouldn't recommend it... They still hold a lot of charge.

Talk about shockin'! Could had killed me too.
