Thanksgiving Day (Nov 27th)

Are you planning to visit your family or friends or whoever on Thanksgiving Day, Nov 27th.

I visited my family every year on Thanksgiving Day. This year, I'm not planning to visit my family. Instead of visit my friends and I also might want to volunteer for food serve for homeless people before Thanksgiving Day, I think 26th. I have done package foods for people with AIDS/HIV and serious illness before.
 
Im planning to spend the day with my family and celebrate my 25th with them as Nov. 27th is also my birthday. I may have a bigger birthday celebration the Friday or Saturday after with friends.
 
November 26 is my birthday. So at least this year Thanksgiving is the day after!:D
 
Meyag2, that's wonderful of you to volunteer your services.

My family is going to Philly to spend Thanksgiving with my hubby's family and then later that night, we are going to the Eagles football game since they are playing against Arizona. My brother and I will wear Cardinals jerseys while my hubby and his dad will wear Eagles jerseys. I wonder how cold that night will be in Philly.

I have some family coming in from Baltimore I will be doing a lot of cooking.

meyag,you are a nice person with a big heart.
 
We would stay home, nothing special. Dunno if we'll have company but we'll see!
 
Going to spend the entire day at my dad's for Thanksgiving.

I've never celebrated Thanksgiving lol, but I hope you guys have a good time :D
 
i havent figure out for thanksgiving

after thanksgiving my hometown have football Arkansas Razorbacks going against (LSU) Louisiana! every years makes me crazy! but i cant help with freak schedules after thanksgiving football!
 
I have not decided what I am going to do on the 27th. My mother wants me go to out of state to my grandmother's and eat with the family. This would be my first time being with the rest of the family since 1991. I would love to see my grandmother, but I don't feel like seeing rest of the family this time.

Sara1981, are you going to help Arkansas beat LSU? :)

I think it's great that you do volunteer work by helping the homeless as well as people with serious illnesses and HIV/AIDS. :)

I plan to spend Thanksgiving with my sister and her family. I also plan to spend part of the day at church (soup kitchen) and with my best friend's family.

We used to have large family get togethers on Thanksgiving, but ever since my parents passed away, everyone pretty much does their own thing. My sister and I however, are extremely close and spend every holiday together.
 
I'll be over to my dad's in Texas for Thanksgiving :)
 
my hubby and i will be on vacation nov 23 to 28 to smokey mountain , tenn.. we cant wait see xmas lights everywhere there.. :D
