I agree with Liebling...

Well, Most countries are different with culture like 13 years old is teenager or young adult.
 
From what I understand, the authorities in Maryland are still evaluating the case.

Does he have to be arrested from the state he lives in, Maryland isn't his hometown state, Florida is.

He was arrested in the state the crime took place in. In this case, Maryland.

Also, its quite common for Floridians to be what we call "snowbirds". Alot of Floridians have two residences, and split their time equally between both houses. In the winter, most live in Florida where it's warm. In the summer, they move back up North.

We actually did this ourselves. Coincidently, I'm from Maryland. When we moved to FL, we purchased our home, but didn't sell the home we had in Maryland. We intended to split the year, and go between both houses. However, in our case, we liked FL better, so just lived here. We sold our Maryland home in '01.

That is what he said last year. I know he lives off his parents

A lot of teenagers don't like to hear the word "kid" because they are not young children but teenage or young adult.

well....let me tell u something....under 18 you are still kid but once u hit by 18 yrs old u are pre adult until u hit 21 then u are adult for real so it is the fact and steel x is right abt that cuz i admit that i am kid when i am in high school so what....labels dont matter as long as u show some respect that is so simple
