I'm white American and born profound deaf.
I'm not fucking Mexican or Spanish.
Ok, what did you learn about slavery and the abolitionist movement?
Was the Civil War fought primarily over slavery? Is that were you were taught?
What was the primary reason Abraham Lincoln wanted to abolish slavery?
When he was running for president, he did not want to Abolish slavery completely ... he just did not want slavery allowed in new US territories (oops, may have given too much away).

1) I learned about southeast states want slaves to work in farm, especially cotton, prior to cotton machine were invented and southeast states are favor in free states, it means they could do whatever they want like legalization of slavery. It is known as completely state rights.
2) Yes and union wants slavery to be free.
3) Yes and wants all CSA to be readmitted into union.
He should know better because I live in next to his state.
I talked to my friend about public school in Alabama did teach similar that what I learned in CA and it is depends on teachers whoever want give a completely detail about American Civil War.
That's true. Teachers can only teach what they were taught. If they were taught less than factual history, that is what they will teach their students. That is why something like this has impact for generations.
but Alabama has state exam that students are require to pass to obtain HS degree and they must know about American Civil War that based on fact, if it is otherwise so they could fail the state exam and put teacher in judgment about what kind of thing that they are teaching.
The Great Emancipator Abraham Lincoln and the Issue of Race
Its a long read but its what really happend
If they change the textbook standards, the exam standards will change too

“I will say, then, that I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races—that I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this, that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality. And inasmuch as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be the position of superior and inferior, and I, as much as any other man, am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race.”
Those were liberal biased lies.

but they won't be well in college if American Civil War is based on outside of fact.
The answer is C. However, it is a statement taken out of context. There are numerous qualifiers that must be included if it is to be understood in its intent and context.
slavery as an institution is a moral and political evil
of course there are .....
You don't have my permission to questionable about my knowledge.
I don't want hear about conservative bias that you are teaching.
You don't have to answer .... its a Free Republic after all.
Now, you did state that the Union was strictly anti-slavery. So, what about General Grant? Why was he anti-abolition? Why did he feel slavery was just fine?
He was a Union General after all ....
The topic here is the move by Texas to intentionally attempt to re-write history to fulfill a conservative political agenda and thereby, intentionally undereducating it's students and violating their right to a free and appropriate education. So tell me, are you in support of this?
