Terrorists could use 'insect-based' biological weapon

To be honest, it can be possible. As techology improves over the years, getting more powerful and stronger and such, such techology from rich countries as Britain, Germany, Japan, or even the US can possibly make a very deadly B.O.W.

You just never know...for now it's supposed to be very top secret and we dont really know alot about this for now. *shrugs*

Many things are possible. The question is: Is it probable? I think not. Too many holes in the hypothesis.
